That polymer clay is the dark horse of scratch building, I can't recall how many times it has saved me.

Very nice work, I need to know how to do this but at 1/24 scale.

With the 1/24 each real foot equals half an inch. So if you are working from a real building, you could take measurements and if not, you could make a guess at the size of the windows by using a doorway as you base for measurement, as most doorways are a standard height...Windows and doors always seem to run in parallel patterns that you can guestimate fairly accurately.
