When I bought my home (SW PA.) the original owners had to install a RMS due to the high level of radon in the home which was tested at 4.0. I had it retested before I moved in, and it was down to 1.3. I was about to get the house retested again, because I've done some very extensive Air Sealing of the house. There were some major air leaks throughout the basement area that are now sealed. These were not little air leaks, and I suspect they could have affected the test readings on the previous radon tests. Since the air intrusion issue was solved, I was worried if my air sealing of the house would affect the radon level up or down. This Eco Blu unit is going to be perfect item for the job.
If you get a radon mitigation system, also seal the gap between basement walls and floor. My average reading dropped roughly 1.5 with all the gaps sealed. Suction level went up two notches on the radon fan suction gauge (forgot the fancy name) and noise from the radon fan went down tremendously.
I agree with you that the perfect combo is the EcoBlu with mobile app support.
I live in North Carolina and we don't have basements here, but I was born in New Jersey and everyone has a basement.

Glad this device will be helpful for you! Air sealing can make a difference.

Another great video Nate!
I have radoneye and the airthings digital radon detector. Both works well.
Is 25.48 pci too high?
Yes, very much so.
