- After one of the greatest NHL seasons in history, it was only fitting we got an INCREDIBLE Stanley Cup Final with a chance at something the NHL hasn't seen in nearly 80 years! The Florida Panthers seeking revenge from last year against the comeback from the dead Edmonton Oilers. We’ve had our fair share of physicality with huge hits as things have certainly gotten greasy at times. We’ve had incredible goaltending from both Sergei Bobrovsky and Stuart Skinner as both have shifted this series entirely at times. All time Playoff records have been broken with a Connor McDavid Playoff performance rivalling to be the best of all time. Of course, we've also had some absolutely hilarious moments from players quotes, to coaches to officials telling Perry to "sit down" and certainly from the hard core fans on both sides. I cover it all in todays NHL hockey video!

It's always nice to see contributing players enjoy their time with your team. Ekholm thanking the GM solidifies what I've heard about him coming to Edmonton. Hyman is another one, traded from Toronto he's become a big part of the Oilers team. The guy always seems so happy too. I really want them to win the cup.

I don't like to make predictions, i just hope so very badly that the Oilers finish this reverse sweep
Prediction: Oilers are taking this because Florida has no answers and they haven't even attempted to adapt. Their straight forward, physical game isn't good enough when you give Edmonton a few games to figure it out. They're too skilled, they're too fast.
Diving has helped Florida win but it ain't gonna win a cup. To do that they need Bobrovsky to show up again, and I'd say he's toast lol
@@Jordan_653if Edmonton can keep showing the speed and crisp passing they have in the last 3 games and they stay disciplined I would say so but playoff hockey is without a doubt the most unpredictable sport on the fucking planet. We gotta test Bobrovsky early and often and we can’t give Barkov any space.

I just want to point out that Perry tries shooting at other net after every warmup. He did it on the Ducks too. I think it's a superstition thing.
Claude Lemieux used to do that too; perhaps as an agitation to the other team. He once did that in the Flyers barn after being told not to; and set off the wildest pregame brawl the league ever saw.
Lemieux was a douche. Funny thing is he actually scored 80 playoff goals in his career good for like 6th best or something. He was a big time playoff performer.

I'm an American who has never seen the Cup reside in Canada in my 29 years. I hope it happens tonight. McDavid is just too fun to watch and this would be the fourth reverse sweep this century (third for the NHL since 2010).

Tbh this feels like a must win game
The coaching staff and the top players on Edmonton seem more poised than their counterparts on Florida. The Panthers vaunted forechecking is vulnerable to odd man rushes against a faster team. Goaltending is always a wild card, but Skinner has more reason to be confident than Bobrovsky based on the last three games. I think we are going to see some history made tonight.
