Yeah I noticed when Cecil tried to help Mark in his fight against Omni Man that while the missiles of course did not damage, the flash of the missiles didn't actually cause Nolan to pause and shield his eyes, and he gave no sign of being able to see through the smoke. So it begs the question, what if you ignored the concussive power of a missile and designed a weapon to just be a giant flashbang? You might be able to blind a Viltrimite for 30 seconds to a minute.
You don't need to be able to hear a frequency for it to be damaging. A loud enough frequency to outside of what we can hear can still rupture our ear drums. Theoretically a loud enough sound of any frequency can completely vaporize our flesh.
I hope Cecil lets Mark know that he's researching a Viltrumites weakness in case his dad comes with an army. I'm sure Mark would understand and even want to help, and Cecil wouldn't want to actually harm Mark. But I have a bad feeling that if he keeps this under wraps too and Mark finds out, Mark won't trust him, and think Cecil is making it for him.

I got a sense of that too there were so many set ups for many different potential future arch’s which I understand is the point but it felt like so much was getting added and a lot of beginnings were crammed in to this episode.

Good to know somebody noticed that I saw that comic too and this episode wasn’t like the comic to me it feels like that kind of like manga/anime stuff where in the manga story it shows a lot of action and stuff and even some uncensored pics and we don’t see any of that stuff in the anime show of the manga because I kind of notice having those kinds of pics turn into scenes might be too much for the show like it would’ve been too much for invincible knowing when he was going through in the show and they had to change a few things to make it a bit short so we can see ahead of what we can expect

Then there's the fact that they got rid of a whole arc and used it instead to show how much of a lady boss she is. But that one has me 50/50 due the fact it actually got rid of an arc I didn't really like. Reason three the action: You're probably disappointed with the less cool fight scenes.

I think they took an otherwise gag moment in the comics and made it connect to the overall theme of the story. It was great.
I’m the comics it’s reveled that Viltrumites’ weakness is high pitch sounds. Even Robot created a suit to defeat a hand full of them with sound.
