Mic works with the device ON and with bluetooth connection. It doesn't work on cable.

Thanks for showing how to pair the head phone. I have the iPhone 6 and it pairs only when I unplug the charger and unplug the serial cable from the iphone. That's when I get the Blinking Blue Triangle light on the head phone letting me know that it is ready to pair. If the blue triangle is not flashing it will not pair with my iPhone 6. The selection switch must also be set to BT.

follow user manual, which will show you how to restore your Bluetooth headset to factory default setting, also have you try to pair it with any other smartphone device? it it works this means that you smartphone need to be reset for Bluetooth network setting
so just got these headphones(well the noise cancelling ones) and the bluetooth doesn't work. when i switch it on, nothing happens. and they also don't sound very good.

I have the green ones and they are my most comfortable pair of headphones. However they are 2 years old now. Battery is still excellent but now the ear pads are starting to show wear and tear and I can’t find my manual. Can you let me know if they have a website for replacement ear pads or replacement parts? Thank you!

how does the mic on it work?, I connected to a ps4 controller and via Bluetooth to a tablet the mic doesn't work ,like no mic at all everything else is awesome there is literally no instructions or specifics on the mic.
+Mr C I have tried it and it works good on mobile phones and works only for hands free features can't use it for anything else like record mobile phone screen with mic from e7 as for recording

No unfortunately ,I had to get a trrs cable with a mic on it in order for it to work but only with the cable

I liked the headset but cannot connect the headphones by wireless setup. I gave up after three hours. The sound is fine with the cable or when I connect to my telephone. Any help would be appreciated. I have a new Amazon Fire 10.

You only need driver for Bluetooth dongle and dongle should be compatible with audio

have not treidl it but if you have PS 4 BT try to place it in discover mode but i suppose Controller will be using that area you might need extra BT adapter!

@@brutishwing2.090 is your phone in discovery mode and can you see other Bluetooth devices this kind of thing usually happened when headphones is connected with other device and also give a try to removing batter from headset
