    Just found this. I've moved and restored original log houses for over 40 yrs. It warms my heart to see younger people working with and understanding what they ate doing.

      Thank you. Each year I take this into my town to teach the little ones. This is what it was built for. You will like this video as well. It’s of the kids helping me build just before the festival
      It’s big news, a log cabin lifestyle

    Howdy Brother- really nice job. A person should do what they are comfortable with. Great cabin. Take care and God’s blessings to you

    Why not just make a jig to cut it exactly the same way each time. Perhaps using a router to make the cuts.

      I suppose you could but you don’t need to. This is the reason they number log cabins when they take them down

    So cool! I totally love this project. It would be cool to take this to festivals, like I think you said the Johnny Appleseed festival. I was thinking those black powder rendezvous festivals would be great too.

    • @logcabinlifestyle
      @logcabinlifestyle  2 года назад

      Yes! That is why it was built. To play my part as Johnny Appleseed. I’ve got one year under my belt with it and it was a huge success. Kids lined up for blocks
