Interesting to learn that coffee has so many other compounds that mediate it's effects other than caffeine. Never really thought about that

Change to decalf then especially when it appears to have the same good ingredients
that caffeinated has, after all caffeine is no more than a stimulant which can cause
many unwanted side effects in certain people.🤔

In the spring of 2018, a California court launched a firestorm when it ruled that coffee sold within the state may need a cancer warning label due to the presence of a chemical called acrylamide, a potential carcinogen.

But why did I feel very uneasy during my last exam in the examination period drinking a coffee just before the exam started? I performed a terrible exam; I couldn't think about the answers during the exam. Why was that? My preparation for that exam was excellent.

Do you have to drink it with nothing in it to get the benefits, or can you add creamer or sugar?

Cream and sugar make it more unhealthy and is the reason people have said coffee is unhealthy. It’s all the additives that make it unhealthy. I use a splash of oat milk. Dairy milk causes inflammation and excess mucus in the human body. And white sugar is never good. Try to keep it as simple as you can 😍

Coffee drinkers concerned about cholesterol weren't happy about some early study results showing that coffee seems to increase cholesterol levels, and "bad" LDL cholesterol levels in particular.

This can be mitigated by preparing coffee using paper filters (ex. using drip/chemex).
