I was a nerd and i never thought dressing sense was so important. now i really struggle with my self esteem because i think twice about my self image before seeing people, i think this habit has developed in response to how people have pointed/advised me about my body image and clothes. But sometimes i see sir's video and it gives me strength.

Hello swapnil i can just give you one advice on the topic you just said i am too a big fan of sandeep maheshwari sir and in one of his video he has said ki apne upar hasna seekho apni mistakes pr hsna seekho aur agar koi aapko aapke baare main bura bole to just smile at him because jab usko aapse vo gusse wala response nhi milega to uss person ki vo power thi jis vajah se aap preshan hote the vo chhin jati hai ok and kisi na aapko negative bola and he is not stopping just apna mazak udao agar vo aapke baare main ek galat bole aap uski baat se agree krke ek aur burai krlo apni to he will be shocked ok and one more thing apne baare main kbhi yeh mt socho log kya khenge kyunki logo ki soch badlti rhti hai aaj koi aapko bura bol rha hai to aage chl kr agar aap kuch acha kaam kroge to vohi aapko appericiate krega ok and lastly you are not here to impress that person say this line to such people and hope you would have find this helpful☺☺
