I have a problem of having lack of self confidence. I was having mental breakdown,depression and anxiety. Seeing other confident people, I became even more insecure about myself. It made me search "How to become self confident?" And I found this video. I felt like I can't do anything in life. This video did help me to get rid of my suicidal thoughts. People like us really need this kind of videos. I can't stop crying 😖😭

I was quite depressed for last 2 months and various thoughts got stucked in my head. I was trying to find answers for all those questions which were disturbing me. So after watching your various videos, I realised I have to find answers within inner world and not outer world (Which I was doing for very long and that kept me frustrated).
So I learnt following things for last 1 week from ur videos which brought me hope and energy again :-
1. Don't think about what people say whether it's good or bad. What matter is what u think of urself in ur mind.
2. When u r feeling low, what you need to do is see urself in mirror and say "I'm the greatest person ever born on this planet".
3. Don't take life too seriously. You can be happy when u realise that u r still alive rather thinking about failures and negative thoughts.
4. If negative thoughts come into ur mind. Just start a stopwatch for 10 mins and say to urself let them come and I m ready to deal it for next 10 mins.
5. You can't never get rid of negative thoughts, they r part of life. If u want to get rid of thoughts then you should be willing to surrender positive thoughts as well. (Both r not possible)
6. Live as if u were to die tommorow
7. Just be urself always, everyone is unique. Don't change urself according to others thinking and don't try to change other people as you will never succeed, so just accept them as they are.
8. You always become what you think of yourself in your mind and don't try to imitate others to just show off amongst others.
9. Don't try to run away from negative thoughts as they would hurt you more, the more you get scared of them like a ghost. Just face themself fearlessly.
10. Everyone in this world will find a way to take advantage of you except ur parents. So just accept ur parents as they are.
