Overload of information is exactly what i feel is causing anxiety. The need to process the information without enough time for it confuses me, especially when i have to say goodbye to many people at once lol

Yes. I can understand this way more than the loneliness and hollowness. Being in large crowds is just shitty.

Thank you, this was helpful, to myself as well, but especially for better understanding my kids. I do believe I have two adorable INTP's amongst my four. A boy and a girl.
As a note, and wondering if this is the same for you, they are easy going, self content and non demanding. But man if they really don't want to do something, just let leave it and let them be. And if needs be, back them up.

Very good video, generally. Perhaps, around 5:22 - "...using Ne in a bad way..." this is actually more Si rearing its childish head

I have suffered quite a lot with anxiety and agoraphobia. Mine not being triggered by a fear of "something" or of "people", though that environment aggravates it, mine is "fear of fear", getting anxiety because im expecting anxiety and fear of the symptoms, and also it gets set off in environments and situations that have triggered it before (such as being outside away from home), like being claustrophobic, cant find a way out, but rather than being closed in its that feeling when im outside and the further away from home the worse it is, a lack of escape and comfort as it were, having no "base" and a "stranded feeling", as my mind has associated being at home as a recovery place for my condition. For me my treatment for it is to accept the symptoms as its the fear of symptoms that has me in the cycle.
You think certain personality types are more prone developing anxiety disorders and in different ways?
