There's a guy who, back when it seemed like Bleach would never see it's last arc animated, did a fan animation of several chapters, with the intention of doing the whole arc - his channel is called Retro Ryno. The production was so good they managed to get Johnny Yong Bosch himself to reprise the role of Ichigo for it.
Retro Ryno was one of the animators in this episode. :D

Yama could've killed clone Yhwach at anytime... Thing is he REALLY thought this was the real Yhwach and he wanted to toy with him and mock him for all that's happened now and in the past.

it’s implied yhwach had the almighty a thousand years ago I’m pretty sure, Yama’s bankai heats up way too much, you can’t defend against it. I doubt the almighty could do much besides say “your future is fucked” lol

YESSIR. I WAS WAITING ON THIS REACTION. As a manga reader, watching each episode on my own is just seeing how they animate certain things and how they tell/pace the story. But when i watch Jett react to it, its like watching somebody experience a tidal wave all at once, and its lowkey giving me perspective that for anime only fans, this shit must feel WILD.

Fun fact: in the manga Zanka no Tachi East appears even more powerful, as Yamamoto does not strike the ground, he placed the tip of the sword on the ground and cut upward.
The ground then opened up as if cut cleanly, no flying rocks, no rough edges, just a smooth cut gap with ash flying out of it, by just placing the tip of his sword on the ground and slicing up into the air, not even down to the ground.
