It shouldn't effect the liver. Your kidney function is measured before you start, and if taking event based then won't have much impact. If you caught HIV, then there's a strong chance you will be on a form of similar medication life long. Risk and benefits.
Hello Dr Palmer, when will injectable PrEP become available in the U.K. (if at all)? What about the implants? I’d personally love to get an implant and not have to think about taking a pill each day! The injection looks good too, but getting it every 2 months actually sounds like quite a lot of hassle plus I don’t like the idea that if I stopped it the drug could stay in my system for years. Hence why the implant would be my preference 😀
Hello doc i was wondering if pre cum discharge is normal after circumcision? It started leaking on my urethra on the second day and it is now the 7th and it is still leaking it sometimes leak without me knowing and when i urinate too hope hou could answer!

Injectables for HIV treatment is now being used but not yet for PrEP. Implants are quite a while away unfortunately. Would be good to have for sure.

Yeap normal, should reduce in time. When you have a foreskin it's less noticeable as drys off, also you are getting more stimulation as well.

Everyone is a little different. Should start to ease after a couple of weeks
