This is the kind of preaching/teaching that once made America great and, God willing, will do so again; but the goal is not to make America (a piece of land between Mexico and Canada) great. The goal is to be a faithful witness to Jesus and make disciples for Jesus through our faithfulness, which will draw others to Christ.

It's not easy to lead a spirit-filled life my friend. That is why Jesus Christ tells us that the path will be difficult to find. But do not give up or lose hope in being saved. Invite Jesus Christ into your heart, pray privately in your room for Him to strengthen you and to give you discernment in the truth of His words. I know that there is so many ways to be distracted and to be unsure even after you are saved. But if you continue to work on coming to the Lord, reading in His word even 10-15 minutes a day and frame your mind with the knowledge that He is always with us and is always watching, you will begin to notice how your thinking begins to change that is lead by the Holy Spirit.
It takes time to learn how to listen and surrender ourselves to the Lord each day. To ask Him to strengthen us in the spirit and take our hand to lead us where He wants us to be. We will stumble along the way but when we do, go to the Lord and thank Him for the blessings He has bestowed upon us and to continue to work in us and through us that we may let that light shine through us and that as we grow and become the salt of the Earth, we will fulfill His promise by bearing fruit through that walk.
Be strong and of good courage for the Lord your God is with wherever you go.

Agree to disagree, this subject has so many layers for those who live within 'caring' for your abuser out of Christian character, and holding onto walking in bold faith, while the emotional abuse continues. This short video raises many complex questions when you have full faith, hope and love you are filled with the Holy Spirit. If it were not for these three, the abused would not have the strength to keep practicing a Christ like character as commanded towards the pains bestowed on the earth. Blessings for those who endure 🛐
Both my husband and I have come out of abusive childhoods, a religion in childhood that's horrendous to the spirit and a religious cult in our 20's and 30's that was so damaging to our spirits. In our healing process after being born-again, I have had such a struggle to rest in Him as He heals me. I agree with what you are saying. My life would look like a lazy life, but we are praying and working every day through cleansing and healing. I get messed up when I hear christians teach these things, even though I agree, I also know the spirit has a planned way for us that may not look the same as someone who has never experienced abuse. I have to remind myself over and over to rebuke the anxiety that these kinds of teachings bring. (These kinds of teachings were the bat used to beat us.) It's tricky! 💝 IN an abusive relationship would be even more challenging. God bless!

Wow!! how many are these young people appear not to be paying attention by: knitting, crocheting - frogging the crochet, surfing the web, looking at their phones, etc. But there were some who had their pencils in hand with a paper at the ready to write what the Holy Spirit was making them aware and to write them down for later.
I listen to a sermon while washing dishes. Doesn’t mean they arnt listening
Wow that really makes so much sense! I have the Bible next to me I’m praying for wisdom and Understanding wisdom as my sister and understanding as my intimate friend. I just do not understand a lot of what I read in the Bible. Sometimes I end up so confused especially reading numbers. I need help to know how to understand. I got a sort of study paper to start to read the entire Bible in one year. But somehow I need to make the writing larger because I can’t barely see it. My Bible however has giant letters so with my new glasses I can read it. But I wonder why we can’t just read it like a book seems just easier. Or is it bad to start from the beginning to end?
There’s a RUclips channel called “Bible Project” that makes short helpful videos on all the books of the Bible that can give more insight when starting a new book.
What happens if you try to do everything right in your walk with God and feel possibly empty and not nearly as close to God like you use to be? I wish it was that simple but honestly it doesn't.
