A minute ago I listened the Italian flutist Maurizio Orifice. You can tell two different mindsets , two six a dozen skill level. You can tell the national characters, French is more positive, you know, Vivaldi type! Listening to Orifice playing is like seeing the whole Roman history again!

L'Adagio di Albinoni certamente non era noto a Donizetti. Forse non è mai esistito perché pare composto dallo studioso di Albinoni, Giazotto, nel 1958.

Indeed the best French flute playing. So complete! Just like the 'Pastorale Hongroise' Larriex does on RUclips! My all time favourite Larrieux!
