Simple recipe and easy to cook chicken
Recipe:
1 kg chicken breast
1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold water
Oil for frying
1/2 cup tomato catsup
3 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
pineapple juice with chunks (in can)
Slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch and 3 tbsp water)
1 carrots
2 onions
2 bell pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
Toasted sesame seeds
