I wish they had asked about dress codes, school preparing for real life, and touched more on the whole "my subject matters more" thing in every class (i know it was nentioned but it wasnt actually really discussed)
Yep, the system is why I don't teach honestly. When students AND teachers aren't engaged, there's a problem. We've been doing things the same way for too long...
Having to decide a universal "system" of learning and growth is the ultimate impediment to public schools. Teachers want students who respect their authority first and foremost. That doesn't foster those who think outside the box. I also think the personality type of many teachers can be safe and uninspired. I mean, teachers aren't wealthy entrepreneurs. They chose a safe path and have to follow strict systems which judge their effectiveness. Because of that, many teachers consider that sort of "respect authority, be a worker bee" learning framework to be the best.
But now we know that. Some people might not have realized their teachers feel this way. You may have know this but many people have never taken that step into their teacher shoes.
Ainsley was the best math teacher I've ever had HANDS DOWN!!! She truly cares for her students and their well being! So proud that she's pursuing her art career now. Wish her the best!
Said Estrada Nateras last year, my 7th period history teacher would keep us after class EVERY👏SINGLE👏DAY! She keep us 2 or 3 minutes of our 5 minute passing period. It sucked because I had PE 8th period, and had to rush to get dressed everyday. That’s my rant.😂
I get you. As a student I would be pissed every time a teacher dismissed class late; I even had back to back classes in different buildings of my college campus. Now I have been a teacher for 7+ years and I also see it gets really hard to keep track of time and maintain an interesting upbeat class dynamic.
Honestly I think a main thing with a lot of the issues discussed on this channel is the age gap. These teachers seem super understanding and open minded, but looking at my prior teachers, the majority of older ones lack any sympathy for the kids. It’s quite sad how much a generational gap disconnects people 🤷♀️
I can only partly agree, I mostly see the younger teachers to be the ones lacking sympathy and one of my old teachers ( he retired already ) was the most sweetest and kindest guy. But I think that depends on the school you're in.
I think that age doesn’t matter that much. Any teacher can be open-minded if they want to. All the young teachers I know, connect really well with the student, but those are also the class with the most chaos and misbehavior
Maria Cowden Personally, I can definitely agree. Especially in more conservative countries(like post-soviet countries), almost every teacher is middle-aged, which makes it harder to relate to them or communicate with them. Hating a teacher definitely makes learning the subject harder.
The thing is no strict teacher would even think about considering going to something like this, because it would force them to actually hear a student out.
Yeah but she needs to understand that no matter how hard she works, if she doesn't work almost 24/7 she's going to lose the hard work argument against her parents.
you NEED to do a middle ground episode based on public school and private school or home school. Does money matter to get good grades? Which type of school is more strict etc. I think it would be pretty interesting
the only problem I have with this is the misconception that people are sent to private schools for good grades. 90% of the time people are not in private education for good grades. They are there for the atmosphere of smaller classes, for a better relationship between teacher and pupil, the individualism created in a private school is something a public school could never achieve and that’s what people pay for.
If my teacher was on here he would end the conversation by saying something like "This conversation had a well rounded exchange, creative structure and good vocabulary. Overall I think it was very good and deserves a solid D."
Call me a pessimist, but I found that kind of creepy, mostly because of the type of people there are on Instagram, and also the things kids do online. I was especially surprised about the comment where she said she went Live on her pajamas. I wonder how many people sent her inappropriate messages, and whether the barrier between teacher and student gets blurred online, compare to interactions in real life.
@@francocamacho12 She was my teacher in high school and did live streams, but she wouldn't show herself. It was at an angle where you just see her notebook on a table, so it wasn't creepy at all. Plus she did offer tutoring after school. So the live stream helped kids who didn't have the time to go after school.
future1997 Are you literally suggesting that she’s the creepy one because creepy people could use her content for ulterior purposes?? That’s like saying a kid who posts videos online is creepy because pedos are perverted... That’s the same mentality as ‘she shouldn’t wear that if she doesn’t want to get r*ped tf?
The story of the student who came to school just because he knew he'd feel good in the english teachers class literally made me tear up, that's what amazing teachers can achieve and they all seem like great ones. Bless them, but then again I don't think any of those harsh and judgy teachers would even go to join a video like this lmao.
I had some great teachers but I also had some absolutely horrible teachers. I had one teacher tell the whole class that it was mandatory to stay 3 hours after school 3 times a week or he would lower our grade. I was on cheer so I was only able to go for an hour on Monday. He said that was fine. After a few months he told my cheer coach that I was skipping out to go hang out with boys even though he spoke to me each time I went in to his class. That teacher and my coach then pulled me out of cheer practice one day to yell at me for an hour. I eventually went and hid in the bathroom since they were both males and couldn’t go in there but they waited outside for me to come out. The student athletic director then hid behind a corner and listened in on our entire conversation without ever stepping in to help me. So I had to drop the class and the school never did anything about it.
That is so terrible omfg. I am so sorry for you, and the fact that you had to experience that. Edit: There are some really mean people here *cough* @Joseph L *cough* but i think you are super strong for what you did.

Wema Mumma as someone who has been told this many times, I’m not trying to be stereotypical. Plus I think it’s a good thing to remember where you come from 🙌
What if you work in a school where the teachers run the school and the principal is too afraid of them to run the school. The teachers make their own rules, hate kids, and bully kids, and threaten other teachers and staff members if they don't do what those teachers say? Worked in a school like this btw. It was one of the most unhealthy school environments I've ever been in and a lot of the teachers were only still employed because they got tenure, not because they were good.
HouseMDaddict In my case our teachers were the nicer ones. Sure, sometimes you can get people who absolutely hate us but the admin was always usually worse. They didn't see kids all day so we were annoying to them.
Oh trust me, I know Miranda in real life, we go to the same school, and we completely understand no uni teacher would care. Our school really does try to simulate college and our teachers make that apparent.
student-teacher relationships is important. i had a teacher in high-school who basically had a beef with all of his students at some point in time. students complained that he graded tests and projects unfairly, he was regularly tardy and one time he was absent for 3-weeks straight with no good explanation. if the teacher is absent and there is no available sub, then students are supposed to go to pre-arranged teachers and sit-in on their classes. numerous teachers became concerned that we were having too much free periods and they began rejecting us sitting-in because they didn't have enough space in their own class. so one time, my whole class was sitting outside of the absent teacher's locked class, and our school's disciplinary head came round and noticed something is wrong. we then told him that our teacher has been absent for weeks and that exams are approaching and we haven't done any work. furious, he came back later and told us to write down a list of complaints about that teacher, it wasn't a day later the teacher showed up and started prepping us for the exams, he got fired after the exams finished.
Teachers cant be fired because of the teachers unions. We've had teachers do FAR FAR FAR worse things than that at the high school I went to that are still there right now.
I am a progressed private school which meant that it was a private school that was advanced and I hated it right now I am planning to move to a public because for me it's slot of pressure
Yes bro. In my school the teachers ALWAYS favor the bad kids and the kids who disrupt the class simply because they’re the funny ones who make the vibes fun in the class instead of actually learning. My math teacher doesn’t teach us at all especially when we don’t understand anything because she pays so much attention to the trouble makers in the class and even has personal conversations with them.
I think we need to remember that TEACHERS are people. I am a highschool student who has learned how hard teachers work. Especially in classes that have students who abuse a teachers kindness... As students, we need to be compassionate.
I think back to when I was in high school and wasn't really the best student. I would skip class and be a bad girl just to be seen as "cool" among my friends. But now that I'm a mom to a 9 month old and expecting my second kid I wish I could go back and do so much better and not given them a hard time I regret that I didn't give it my 100 but instead decided to joke around and just be a nuisance.
at 0:07 i really thought the guy was gonna talk about how “could care less” is a huge misconception and how the phrase is actually ‘couldn’t care less’
Disagree on the reason the education system is broke, these teachers are younger, its the 40yo + teachers that seem to be the problem mainly with their out of date mind sets and the 'back in my day' mentality.
For odd man out y’all should do : 6 convicted Criminals , vs 1 non-criminal. Or vice versa. Like that one person would either have to prove their good or that they have been to prison. Like so they can see this!
I don’t think they’re unrealistic teachers, school districts just put a lot of restrictions on teachers, so while a teacher may want to do things they think would make the class better, if their boss tells them to do the opposite, they have to
@@francheskahum They're talking about how the majority of teachers aren't like the ones in this video since teachers like that are rare, so stop reaching for insults and getting offended cause no one was insulting your teacher
I think there are teachers like this in every school, but most of the time they're not majority. I've worked in some schools where there were only two bad teachers out the bunch. I've also worked in schools where there were only 5 good teachers in a k-12 school of like 30 teachers. That was a very scary school to work in because I had to do DASA reports on teachers for bullying students. One was a special Ed teacher that would scream at students and then purposely give kids they didn't like wrong answers or neglect them completely when they needed accommodations, legally, via their IEP.
I feel like school has now turned into a thing of "who can remember things rather than who can learn things" I mean I have resolved to cheating on tests because I am so worried about the grade rather than me actually learning a subject. In my head, if I fail a test, then my grade average goes down, and then that affects my GPA and that then later affects my opportunities for the future. And looking at it like this is so wrong but at the same time the education system that we have had made it like this. In hindsight it has made students go against each other, there might a student that can learn the facts but he won't be able to tell you why everything happened and how that affected something else that still get straight As but there might be another student that can tell the in depth of a subject who gets Fs all because they don't know how to take tests or they don't know quick facts. In my opinion the education system is just completely outdated, and while there has been some strides into changing it, there has not been any major changes that are for the better of our younger students. Last thought. School has made it so that it makes a student realize what they are not good at doing instead trying to bring out what they can do, which in ways can be really good or really bad.
@@sophielei8494 you know I have never gotten caught cheating on test, but at the same time in like one of those "good" students so teachers would not even think that I am cheating
@@sophielei8494 oh I completely agree with you, especially when you are already getting so much pressure from parents and/or siblings and then you add pressure from teachers... It just does not end well.
this comment deserves more likes. in my science class we don't do labs or discuss anything were just given loads of facts everyday and then we memorize them and end up forgetting them the next week.
I've never been caught cheating on a test because the whole class bands together and cheats together, if we find out one of us snitches to the teacher, OH BE PREPARED TO GET BEAT UP
@@jaymercer4692 I agree with the understanding part, but not the amazing memory part. Not everyone are good memorizes and they still have solid jobs. Just because you can memorize something it doesn't mean you can also apply it or vise verse. There are people who are hands on and not book learners who do extreme delicate jobs needed in society. I would rather want an employer who seeks a person to grow and learn as they go because times are changing and so does materials in learning. Thinking critically is important as well and not just spilling out facts. Hence why understanding something requires good foundation and a good education system. In high school i had to take 1 biology, 1 chemistry, 1 physics which did nothing to prepare me for college because you cannot teach the whole field of foundation with one class. Plus it matters who teaches you and how its tough. I would rather have students learn for 4 years of the same subject but build upon from last years that way they can get exposure to the material for a long time rather then to take 1 class of each and expect that by the time someone gets to college they are ready.
Eh it depends. A lot of “bad” teachers are just demoralized by the failed education system. My mom recently retired as a teacher after 33 years. She told me how much teaching has changed. Everything’s become standardized to the point where teachers are forced to teach how to take a test. I remember her telling me how new teachers who came thinking they were gonna make a difference were highly demoralized when they saw what they were teaching. I don’t doubt there are naturally bad teachers but I also think a lot of it has to do with the state of the education system. It doesn’t allow teachers to teach and student to learn.
Tanner there’s bad people out there, and some of those bad people become teachers. Trust me, in all my years of being school I’ve had some genuinely bad teacher. Just last year I had a teacher who bullied students, and didn’t care what it did to their mental health

It's the combination of some teachers who shouldn't be teachers at all in the first place and the broken curriculum. I've been in public school, private Christian school and homeschooling (at home and in a group class setting). I can say for sure that being in the public school from K-8th grade I've had some really bad teachers where I was traumatized since elementary school. And in a christian private school as a new student that was struggling with the curriculum I had couple of teachers that didn't like me and I was scared to ask for their help to the point of severe anxiety.

I think a lot of people don’t mind learning it’s just the way it’s taught and given.
Some teachers clearly don’t care to teach each person individually or go through questions the students ask. I’m in a university & I get professors who just talk about their life. I don’t learn anything, everything seems like you could just read books & study on your own without a professor who I’ve paid tuition for.

The only thing is that that's a harsh lesson. If I did that in the same position in highschool I would have lost my academic program meaning I wouldnt be able to afford college. Academic integrity is no joke so if you cheat you have to own it up and not blame the teacher if you get caught.
I get both points but I just felt like I’ve seen people who got caught but the teacher didn’t make it so dramatically they just went up to them and they were outside. The situation could’ve been handled differently. But either way he still did cheat. But we have all cheat before why? We didn’t what the answer was and needed to do well

Everytime I read the comment section, I saw at least 2-3 Erin comments so I had to google 'Erin the Vegan' to find out what atrocity she has done and yeah. I get it now :p
It is so good to hear both sides. Can you guys do a video on bosses vs employees. Questions should be asked: like is it okay for friends and family to work together? Have you ever shown or received favoritism on the job than other people? I got my job not based off of favoritism and who I knew, not because of my skills. The minimum wage is too low. Bosses like to keep all the hours too themselves. I got fired for a non-valid reason. Working with people has caused me not to trust a lot of people. I will quit on the spot if I got mistreated.
As a high school spanish teacher (a 23 y/o teacher at the time), the "I work harder than people think" question really hit home. I would spend hours creating games and plans for my students based on recommendations they gave or things they told me they needed help with. A lot of times I would do it right before I headed to my minimum wage night job. The worst thing EVER is when we'd start the game and I'd have students who'd sit on their phone and refuse to play, or give me attitude. It sucks when you care about their learning and you're only doing it so they can enjoy class. These same kids would fail tests or refuse to do their work. High school teachers have such a hard job (with little pay) and sometimes it can feel like no one cares about the things you put together. However, there are some students who definitely make the job worthwhile!
ᗷiaNcά_ bεŇN thanks for that but there is no reason for you to apologise. I myself am a vegetarian so I know the struggles (not as extreme as vegans I imagine) of people judging you. I think that as a society we are transitioning into different lifestyles and some people have just started but then there are people like Erin (who I believe is a vegan for quite some time now) is very quick to school people on their transition to vegetarian or vegan etc. And the people who are willing to do that for the better good of the planet (myself included) are discouraged because people hate on them for making mistakes when they are still learning. Sorry for that big piece of text but as you could tell I’m very passionate about this subject😬😂
School has definitely become more about scores and memorizing facts and not actually learning anything. It needs to be less about testing and data and scoring and memorizing and achievements. It needs to be much more about helping students learn and genuinely understand concepts! Teachers also need to understand that all the work we students go through creates huge amounts stress, and that we have other things in our lives besides classes. We have family, friends, sports, and other activities to do other than cram for their classes and do homework till early in the morning. The homework and tests and keep us from healthy sleep styles, and takes tolls on our mental health! I also don’t feel detention and calling out people on their mistakes in a class doesn’t help students with learning from their mistakes and what I’ve heard from others and in my experience it just develops a level of fear of mistakes, rather than learning from them!

Omg. I broke down when the English teacher mentioned that his student's dad died and the next day he was in the class because that's exactly what happened to me. My dad passed away and my mom forced me to go to class the next day. My body was there but my mind was in another place, I wasn't paying attention at all and my english professor noticed it. Honestly, it looks like the problem with majority of the things is the system. Teachers and Students usually do see eye to eye....
this is exactly it. teachers really don’t have a lot of actual power, they just have to do what they’re told.
Yep, the system is why I don't teach honestly. When students AND teachers aren't engaged, there's a problem. We've been doing things the same way for too long...
Should have had teachers and administrators
They brought the wrong damn teachers, these ones are too nice

Here's a question I have for the teachers: "Who dismisses students? Teachers or the Bell?"
Short answer: teachers. That being said, they should always be mindful of their class time and respectful of student's time.
THE BELLLLLL THATS WHAT THE BELL IS FOR
If the bell doesn’t dismiss me then it also doesn’t tell me when to get to class
Maria Cowden tbh that's true but some of the teachers at my school that are relatively older can be very sweet and kind
I think that age doesn’t matter that much. Any teacher can be open-minded if they want to. All the young teachers I know, connect really well with the student, but those are also the class with the most chaos and misbehavior
Dishita Agarwal i totally agree
Maria Cowden Personally, I can definitely agree. Especially in more conservative countries(like post-soviet countries), almost every teacher is middle-aged, which makes it harder to relate to them or communicate with them. Hating a teacher definitely makes learning the subject harder.
they should have had stricter teachers and at least one failing student, i feel like it would be way more realistic
ya but then it would get too crazy for the vibe of there channel
@@sofiegoldie4861 “vibe of their Channel” jeez the point of the series is to find a middle ground between extremely different people/ideals

Toni Rose Private school is better because you don't force other people to pay for it.
That's a great idea!
Agreed!
the only problem I have with this is the misconception that people are sent to private schools for good grades. 90% of the time people are not in private education for good grades. They are there for the atmosphere of smaller classes, for a better relationship between teacher and pupil, the individualism created in a private school is something a public school could never achieve and that’s what people pay for.

So I had to drop the class and the school never did anything about it.

student-teacher relationships is important. i had a teacher in high-school who basically had a beef with all of his students at some point in time. students complained that he graded tests and projects unfairly, he was regularly tardy and one time he was absent for 3-weeks straight with no good explanation. if the teacher is absent and there is no available sub, then students are supposed to go to pre-arranged teachers and sit-in on their classes. numerous teachers became concerned that we were having too much free periods and they began rejecting us sitting-in because they didn't have enough space in their own class. so one time, my whole class was sitting outside of the absent teacher's locked class, and our school's disciplinary head came round and noticed something is wrong. we then told him that our teacher has been absent for weeks and that exams are approaching and we haven't done any work. furious, he came back later and told us to write down a list of complaints about that teacher, it wasn't a day later the teacher showed up and started prepping us for the exams, he got fired after the exams finished.

I dont see it as much in my classes. Although in a foreign language, specifically Spanish, the teacher favoured those who were Hispanic only.

@@jourdansarpy4935they do. It depends on your definition of respect though. Do they need to look up to them and aspire to be just like them? No. But they should also still be nice to them

I use quizlet so much now
Quizlet? Let me throw it back to Sparknotes. The real OG.
Lmao, we still use it on a regular basis in Humanities and most other social studies classes, especially when we're reading a book from a century ago in two different languages. 😂
Sparknotes got me through english lol
Whewwwww trying to understand Shakespeare and iambic pentameter without spark notes would have been impossible !
It's not really the teachers, it's the curriculum that's broken.
@@christina.lynn97 I went to public schooling and my mother made sure I got the best teachers and now being the age that I am and knowing multiple teachers, they feel trapped...
This is why we need school choice and charter schools...

schools: y’all need to get 8 hours of sleep. kids your age shouldn’t have stress. come to us if you have problems.
also schools: gives you mountains of homework that’s due the next day and have no classes about mental health, and they wonder why we’re falling asleep in class and always so sad
honestly the worst part about school for me is the anxiety and stress.
Jennifer Alvarado one of my teachers talks about her sons the whole class, how many pets she’s killed, her trip to vegas, etc and doesn’t properly teach us the lesson and yells at us for failing the test.
@@jenniferalvarado8892 in my school teachers this year will have at least 150-180 students in one day. How do you expect us to teach individually? That's the thing most students forget... teacher's are swamped with unnecessary PDs, grades, deadlines, meetings, lesson plans, evaluations... and if we don't get them done or score high enough on a rubric that isn't objective then we can get fired. I love teaching, I hate the system.
Right? They always talk about how we need to be getting enough sleep every night and all but then I have AT LEAST an hour of homework PER CLASS everyday.
Finland gives 10 minutes of homework max and there’s only class I think 3 days a week. They have the highest rated education system, I wonder why 🤔
“3 month year old” lmaoo
I was about to comment this hahaha
How did I not realize that? Hahah

@@RomeoBarnes i meeaaann he should know from conversion that 3 months DOESNOT = a year xD
I noticed that too! 😂

Getting kicked out of the class entirely for cheating isn't that bad. My high school *expelled* people for cheating on tests.
When the guy said quizlet saved his life, I felt that..😂
My teacher gets all the questions from there. It has saved m life too haha.
I literally passed with an A in Marian Bio class online through quizlet, the professor pretty much used that site for his quizzes and test. don't remember a damn thing but I saved everything in a 1 Gb folder lol
quizlet is a godsend
Whats quizlet? I feel old.
Highschool Grads Vs. Highschool Dropouts (or a college version)
Dino Blambino they have the college version already
Trë yeah I was just about to comment that
Or college grads vs. high school dropouts
i think it’d be good to do valedictorians vs high school drop outs
so there's precedent for "vs high school dropouts" glad we all agree there
DO MEDICAL SCHOOL STUDENTS VS ART SCHOOL STUDENTS PLEASE
Crayola Papi No law students instead of art
See You Tonight having both law and med students would be boring because of how similar both of them are tho...
nah law and med students have a rivalry
Art and medicine also has similarities ;) I am an artist and one of my closest friends that I know since high school is a doctor
Kk LD i feel that having med and law kids talking would just be them bragging about who’s smarter, studying art is very different from studying STEM relating occupations so it would bring in two completely different kinds of people discussing about grades, acceptance from peers, income and the future
the student with the blue shirt annoyed me - like if you're going to cheat on a test, of course there's going to be a substantial punishment
Right!!! (but perhaps kicking him out of the class entirely for that was a bit extreme)
That's cheating! I know. Bar none, hands down. Realism wins here.
I think that she shouldve done it more in private and punished him or make him redo it or something but she shouldnt have kicked him out of the class I think that was unnecessary
We didn’t what the answer was and needed to do well
for the next odd man do 6 ivy league students vs 1 regular college / community college student !!
Or the other way around. That would be interesting g too!
i was expecting this to be a sort of
"YOU GIVE US TOO MANY EXAMS"
"I HATE SCHOOL"
"WE NEED LESS SUDYING TIME"
Well you need more studying time learning how to spell...
I was expecting on why they won’t let us go to the restroom.
The kid who cheated on his honors class should of expected some sort of punishment
@Danijel Mornarić nope - ib school here. barely any of the good scoring kids cheat.
@Danijel Mornarić yessir
Danijel Mornarić I don’t believe you have that many friends
I never cheated on any tests in school... but that was mostly out of fear of being caught. But looking back I’m proud of myself for doing well without resorting to cheating.
Danijel Mornarić this is late but sharing homework and copying homework isn’t cheating because homework doesn’t effect your final grade
can the lady in the yellow dress teach all of my classes please and thank you

It is so good to hear both sides. Can you guys do a video on bosses vs employees. Questions should be asked:
like is it okay for friends and family to work together? Have you ever shown or received favoritism on the job than other people? I got my job not based off of favoritism and who I knew, not because of my skills. The minimum wage is too low. Bosses like to keep all the hours too themselves. I got fired for a non-valid reason. Working with people has caused me not to trust a lot of people. I will quit on the spot if I got mistreated.
this episode would be very different if they had freshman as opposed to seniors

Same... And was disappointed they didnt include the devil administrators and principals. Teachers arent that bad.
However, there are some students who definitely make the job worthwhile!
ainsley seems like such a caring teacher aww

@@oliviaparangoni7652 OOF. As a vegan ( only for health reasons, yAY cant wait to be bullied by Erin! 🤠 ) I sincerely apologize.
Sooooo where do these teachers teach??
"Mom, I'd like to change schools"
Kira All Los Angeles schools I’m pretty sure
Kira Douglas Brown is one of my teachers. AMAZING EDUCATOR
Well, in the US, “history” is propaganda. More lies than truth.
Can you give an example about these so-called “concepts”?
VoidX
Mind giving out examples on how here in the US our history is propaganda and riddled with lies?
@@hezekiahjackson5848 Slavery, the civil war, and native american history tend to be parts of our history that get sugar coated or white washed. I'm not well-versed on the topic, but I've heard plenty of stories where misinformation surrounding those historical topics are taught to students, so it's a good place to start if you want to look into it.
@@freezerounds Maybe because some of the information is way too graphic for the ages of students and youre actually taught the real history on higher education. The same applies to chemistry where you learn a dumbed down, white washed and sugar coated version of the true ins and outs of real chemistry.
Omg. I broke down when the English teacher mentioned that his student's dad died and the next day he was in the class because that's exactly what happened to me. My dad passed away and my mom forced me to go to class the next day. My body was there but my mind was in another place, I wasn't paying attention at all and my english professor noticed it. She called me outside the classroom to talk to me and when she asked why I was so disconnected from the class I broke down crying and she cried with me. She told me "why are you here? You can take a few days if you want and if you need that time to grieve alone or with your family". Seeing a teacher care so much about my mental health and well-being felt good. Definitely she was a great professor and her class is one of the few I really enjoyed that semester because she was so understanding and she cared a lot about our learning and all of that, I felt like she was an aunt or a mom. We need more teachers like that and definitely those teachers need more appreciation from students too. 😭
I liked the episode overall but I feel like this could've addressed more important issues
The instagram live teacher is actually cool like as student after school I instantly start blocking out the info that I learned because it stresses me out you know? So I go on Instagram and relax and seeing that a teacher is doing that is pretty good it would probably make me remember some information
For me, i couldnt stay after school for tutoring because i had to go to work. It would have been such a good idea.
