If Gordon somehow saved Adam. Why would he put all of his clothes on another random dead body? And where did that body come form?
I think Cary is coming back. 1. Tobin’s birthday pic on the official Instagram. Why did they choose a pic of Tobin with Cary, not Shawnee, Costas or Kevin? 2. Cary changing his profile pic on Twitter to Billy today in the lead up to the 20th anniversary. He has quite a consistent pfp so why change it now? 3. The convention panel clip. 4. The production delay works out. Cary was busy filming other projects in spring when XI was supposed to film if it went to plan. With a delay, he would be able to film scenes.

My new take on Adam is alive: What about fake corpses? John used prosthetics and special effects makeup to pull off being a fake corpse in the bathroom and given that he set up his base in an abandoned mannequin factory, what if Adam’s body is explained as a FAKE corpse that is SWAPPED out to show different stages of decomposition? It explains the production error of inconsistent foot shackling and gives me hope.

Hoffman and Amanda are together. Romantically. She is so upset bc Hoffman tells her that John is testing her and she doesn't want to believe her father figure would do that which is why she gets upset. She believes Hoffman and they fake her death when John actually confesses he was testing her. All of their tension is just of the "romantic" kind. They fall in love because they are both victims of John and feel they can't escape and they don't want to keep doing his work. Amanda gets tired of the traps and makes them unwinnable and hoffman sees his out and suggest to john to test her so he can get them out and break the amanda john bond. Amanda saves hoffman from the bathroom and they tie up any loose ends and take off together. In the sunset. Opposing the leaving in the sunrise of saw 10.
We could have a steamroller trap, a wood splitter, a sanding trap, molten metal. Maybe the reason for hoffman joining jigsaw was because he's developed a hatred for criminals, and the man who killed his sister. We all think hoffman was evil but maybe he just simply snapped from everything he's seen as a detective. He didn't want to join jigsaw but john basicly brainwashed him that it was good and that it rehabiltates people.
While I absolutely want to revisit more of our favorite characters in these 'interquels', there's a part of me that feels the real life age of the actors compared to when we saw them in the movies is just so jarring. It kinda takes you out of the movie if you really can't suspend your disbelief. I loved Saw X but seeing an older Shawnee and Tobin play their characters from when they were years younger is really kind of off putting. Hoffman looked so different in his brief scene...I hope they can make him look as close to his original movies in Saw 11.
i hope to at least see adam in some kind of sequence like with him being a ghost in amanda's dream but instead it being lawrence. even better that cary is probably definitely coming back

I enjoy your love and banter for Mark and Costas both, and I agree Costas looks and sounds amazing at the end of SAW X! They're a part of SAW story, and I respect and appreciate their part in the storytelling, even if I am less sympathetic to and appreciative of the character personality psychology overall. :)
If Amanda is alive I would love to see the opposite, Dr Gordon saved Amanda in some way, because hoffman and amanda working together wouldnt sit well with me, the in fight is too intriguing, i would love to see amandas 'redemption' with gordon and using hoffman cat and mouse chase

i don't think cary elwes actually hates saw or talking about it, just felt betrayed by the producers and such he didn't get his fair amount of pay
