I think that Hex receiver means that the rifle began its life as a Dragoon rifle. You paid a lot for that at the time you bought it, but its worth twice that now. Thanks for the video.
Yes i paid a lot. From the Sportsman catalog,$350 was a lot but it came with 400 rd. 762x54 witch i still have. I need to buy more Mosin, and start shooting that ammo up 😁
That’s a beauty. I’m not a big Mosin fan in general but I do like the carbines quite a lot and a 91/38 is on my list of things to add to the collection.

Hobo ya that is my only Mosin. It is in real good shape to, kicks like a mo fo.
