I’m from Regina, you guys showed me places I didn’t know existed. Glad you had fun and learned that we westerners live in the best part of the country!
I’m from Regina! It’s so cool to see people coming here and actually enjoying it! I know people who’ve come here and have bad experiences! This is a pleasant change! Love this ☺️💕✨
I’m from northern Saskatchewan and never knew anything about southern Saskatchewan, Mostly traveled as far as Saskatoon, nice to see many great places and stuff too do in Regina, my mind is made up to visit Regina plus great awesome video and take care have a good one guys
Not that you ever camped but a Canadian icon of RUclips is Steve Wallice. In Canada Camping, you must recognize Steve Wallis in B.C. Canada. His wife has passed suddenly. Please give support to him.
You missed a few places - Bushwakker's has better beer than Rebellion (IMO) and all the other pizza chains - Western, Houston and also Trifon's...plus the RCMP museum :)
OMG. I love you guys. This was so wonderful. I sure hope you were able to remember being here considering you found our favorite past time while you were here. Caesars and vodka paralyzers are only 2 of our favorite past times we enjoy in the place that rhymes with fun. (By the way it was no other than Mick Jagger who started that phrase).
You guys need to get to Winnipeg and experience the Saint Bonifacio holy trinity of burgers, Dari Whip, Mrs. Mike's and the Red Top Drive Inn for some awesome burgers, fries and chili and hotdogs!!!
That was so good..you'll have to do more of these trips You guys are so funny together I really enjoy learning about cities in Canada that I’ve never been to before..with a twist of course! Take care and keep up the good work guys 🇨🇦❤️
Just subscribed to your channel. Glad you enjoyed our little city on the prairies. You definitely found some great entertainment to experience. Great job on the editing. Pete
Full disclosure: I only watch these trip videos just to see the look of pure terror that comes over Jason whenever karaoke is mentioned. Lol. Seeing Joseph with lots of hair on the Curling with the Commissioner pic was a close second however. Love the vids!🇨🇦🇺🇸🇨🇦🇺🇸🇨🇦🇺🇸🇨🇦🇺🇸💚💚💚💚
Before I even finish this video, I love the concept of you doing very Canadian things like this with Jason. Too damn entertaining. I just really enjoy your spin on it and it’s awesome that you’re a sports guy.
I have been through Saskatchewan with my parents, next you should take him to Rouleau, where Corner Gas was filmed, as Dog River. Maybe even take him to various places where Canadian series were made. Great video, as usual, You two are always brightening our days, I hope both of you well, take care, and all the best.
As some one who was bor and raised in regina its nice to see a video on it, that huge empty field you walked through is where the old stadium use to be and it was pretty cool watching it come down
The day old Mosaic came down was like a public holiday. And if you couldn't be there to see it happen, it was streamed online. The new one was on my work commute so I literally watched it go from a huge hole to the finished stadium daily. Took pictures to document it.
@@Zlata1313 I watches it co.e down I was parked by the entrance on the dirt road by elphinstone after it came down I put it in reverse got out asap, did t wanna get stuck I traffic

I live in Saskatchewan and took a 10 day bus tour of Newfoundland about 10 years ago. I'm a plain eater so wasn't that interested in lobster but my group took in a Jigg's Dinner and I enjoyed that meal so much I licked the plate - haha.
There is to many jokes going on in my head about Regina. Is it warm? Is it a damp place? Ya, it's endless! I wish i could stay in Regina longer? Big Pickles in Regina? OMG, I can't stop! You guys were great!
You guys help fill in the void left from Rick Mercer. With Rick's show over, how else is this American gonna get her Canada fix now? Or even Canadians for that matter? Thank God for these two! 👍🔥❤️
Joseph - You beat what's his name, hands down. You smacked line drives, and he only lunged at the ball, as if he had never played the game before. Win, 'Canada', hands down.
Awesome video. I love watching the trips you two take together; you're a great travel team lol. I learned a bit about Sask too. Can't wait to watch your next trip --- down East??
Did you guys know that Tim Horton was a Buffalo Sabre? He died in a car crash driving to Buffalo, N.Y. from Toronto where he lived. Thought Jason would appreciate the Buffalo/Tim Horton's connection.
My Dad had flown from Regina to Toronto for a business trip and was at that last game Tim played in Toronto, as Sabre. He told me they heard about the accident next morning on the news.
Besides dill pickle vodka and deep fried pickles, pickles aren't more popular in Saskatchewan than anywhere else. The only two Sasky terms I knew were bunny hug and the Ledge. I've been in Regina for 11 years. You can also find many distillers in the province. So should have rented a kayak at Wascana.
Born and raised in Regina! We're such die hard Rider fans because there's literally nothing else to cheer for in Saskatchewan hahah. Along with Andrew, I've never heard of pickles being a big thing here... Lmao but I'm glad you guys got to experience our little city!
OMG in my home province! Only get to Regina for football games. I commented first before watching the video but I know its ginna be another great vid.....they all are! 🎅🍪🍪🍪
In my 20's (back in the 1980's) my blood alcohol content was primarily made up of Vodka Paralyzers. On Thursdays they were $1.00 at many nightclubs in the city and I was an impoverished U of R student back then.
So what is you and Jason next adventure...that Regina pizza looks good...yummy...I bet you had a time of your guys life...More adventures in Canada and U.S.A...Next stop...East coast Newfoundland, P.E.I, Nova Scoita ...
I was in Belgium a few years ago and met an American who would go to Regina for "big shopping trips" as Regina was the closest big city to her. You pretty much did everything I'd recommend in the city, Rebellion (Mark the co-owner is a personality himself) and Coney Island Poutine is definitely worth a visit to scratch a poutine itch, though it's nowhere near as good as a real Quebec Poutine. Paralyzers though.. I have banned myself from ever drinking them ever again, very smooth but I mixed them with a bunch of Kokanees in my teens and it led to the worst hangover of my life! SO not worth it! If you ever do Winnipeg, it has to be in the dead of winter, middle of February, experience the coldest weather of your life, go to Festival du Voyageur and drink some Caribou (fortified wine and maple syrup) in an ice glass, skate the Assiniboine RIver at the Forks, go to a Jets game, eat chicken fingers and honey dill sauce, eat a Winnipeg Fat Boy burger, go on a tour of the Royal Canadian Mint to see where all of Canada's coins are made, a concert at the TImes Change(d) music venue, a visit to Feast Café bistro for an Aboriginal spin on modern cuisine and I highly recommend a visit to La Brasserie Nonsuch for a pint and a bite to eat (Le Burger, chips avec dip, high end cuisine) or a cocktail next door at Patent 5 Distillery.
I hope you bring him to Victoria, BC! So many people think Vancouver should be the Capital, but Victoria has "The LEG" and the "Butchart Gardens" that people from around the world come to see!
You missed Hotel Saskatchewan brunch, Houston Pizza All Dressed or Vern’s Pizza, The Roof Top Cesar (use Montreal steak sauce seasoning rimming) and Bushwakker’s First Firkin Friday (once a month they have a tap the keg experience).
I forgot to add that you wanting to stay long is, I believe the nice approachable people, the laid back feeling and a sense of belonging among everyone as everyone tends to talk with you and give advice about the city attractions.
Thanks for visiting my "home" province. Saskatchewan is sometimes overlooked. Although I haven't lived there for 40 years, it is nostalgic & to see it through the eyes of you two was special.

What an epic trip! I learned a lot, like now I'll only accept a pickle with my caesar, and Regina pizza needs to come east.

In Western Canada a vodka paralyzer is very common. Next time try it with cherry whiskey instead of vodka 🥰
Cherry whiskey is by far, the best in a Paralyzer. I think they should only be made with cherry whiskey lol
