Insightful and wise words … THANKYOU I’m always inspired by your videos. Am 7 months into tapering, slowly does it. Am down to a quarter of a tablet every three days now. Patience is key too. Not to rush the tapering off. I go to the gym and aqua fit classes plus I garden and walk. I’m pleased with my progress. I never thought it was possible until I started watching your videos. Once again my grateful thanks 🙏🏼 I am 74 years old so it’s never too late 😊
You're doing great! Thank you for sharing a bit about your progress. There are many people going through this who are 60 plus years of age, and reading this will give them great encouragement. Keep at what you are doing! More good things to come for you!
❤ thank you once again Michael for all of your encouraging words. I always enjoy your videos and your writing. You certainly have a gift and a simple technique of pulling it all together. God bless you and all your good works.
Thank you for the video Michael. It's now been over a month since the last benzo dose for me and considering where I was a year ago it's a miracle that I'm actually feeling basically normal after the pills. I want to thank you again for all the work you've done because I don't know how I would've gotten through my year of hell last year without your videos. I am about to leave the US again on the 12th to start my new life in Taiwan. While I am scared, probably even more so than the last time I left the US thirteen years ago, I am also seeing it as a rebirth. It's only fitting that Tainan, the city where I'm headed, is nicknamed the Phoenix City. Take care Michael.
Rising up into a new future! So glad to hear it. Fantastic progress you've made. Now carry that inspiration and momentum forward into the next chapter of your life. I'm so glad the videos have been helpful, and I wish you all the best on your upcoming journey. Keep at the growth!
Always great encouragement Michael! Thanks for all you do. This month I'm 2 years off of everything. Kind of surprised I made it that far. Still things are quite difficult. What I like about your videos and coaching is you always say to keep being patient to give it a little more time. And sewing those seeds. Good stuff
Keep at it, Mark. You've come a long way. Emphasize that fact to yourself, and magnify your improvements. More good things will come your way with time. God bless!
Thanks Michael for another great message of encouragement. Planting seeds for the future, I was recently reading this verse and it's a great way to look at the healing process, very hopeful and positive. I remember when I was having one of my difficult days and you said to me, "it's about the bigger picture" it really stuck with me. I'm 100 days pill free, today 😊 Bless you brother in all you do and God bless to All 💞🕊️
100 days pill free! What fantastic progress, Kelly. Such a great milestone. You have much to be grateful for, and so very much to be proud of! Yes, the bigger picture of what you are doing is impressive and beautiful. Keep at it. More good things to come. God bless you today!
God bless you for all you do ❤. I binge watch your videos and they keep me going. It's my 49th day off cold turkey, I was a short term user, about two months of low dose use but withdrawal hit me hard. Can I ask what's your experience with short term users, is healing generally faster?
I took antidepressants for some days and quit it cold turkey I am honestly not sure if I am still in withdrawal mode, the thing I am struggling the most is my lack of emotions which I don't know how to get back. I just want to be my past self so bad.
It has been 3 months since I am free of benzo, but I don't feel like emotionally connect to any thing, it's all so mechanical whatever I do, I feel like my head is stuffed and has no feelings. Will this go away with time? Is it common when most of the other symptoms are fading or less, why I don't feel connected?

You’re welcome 😊
Planting seeds.
Says so much and so easy to understand and visualise.
Thankyou Michael ❤
So glad you enjoyed the video, I'm glad it gave you a helpful mental picture to carry with you going forward!

Is weight lifting okay to do in withdrawal, or is it too taxing on the nervous system?
I think it's fine and helpful. I would just start easy, maybe lighter weight, higher reps, and give yourself measures of rest and recovery as well.
