I bought Arnold’s latest book and watched his documentary. Whoever you are, there is something that you can take away from what he says! I find it very inspiring and encouraging. I am 75 … 5 months free of antidepressants. Lots of challenges, some tougher than others but I’m battleing on. Thankyou Michael 🙏🏼

Thanks so much Michael, not becoming a victim is so important! I am finding acceptance of what is, is really helpful, it doesn't mean liking what we're dealing with but we're accepting the challenge 🥊🤣 and freeing our energy up to deal productively with what we're facing. Well wishes, strength and may God bless us all 💞

Can you talk about emotional blunting/numbness as a result of ssri withdrawal/cold turkey? Would appreciate any input from your side 🙏🍀

Can benzo withdrawal alter the state of mind?
I am almost 4 months off xanax. I experience weird thought that nothing is real, myself, my surroundings and people also, I am not a real person, this not the real place i should be in, this is all fake. This thought and feeling is so strong that whatever I do to focus on present, seems all useless, it seems that I am just passing time living in fake reality.
I am really scared, how to pass a day with this feeling of unreality?
Did you experience these things during your withdrawal?

It's ok not to become a victim but when suffering is so much, you can't focus elsewhere.
Now almost 4 months after coming off benzo ( was on a low dose of xanax for 18 months), my symptoms are changing every day. Somedays head pressure is so intense with a feeling like it is squeezed terribly. It it common to feel this way?
My already blurry vision is more distorted, and I can't focus on objects clearly, all these symptoms were not that severe in 1 and 2 months after coming off. Is this also common?
Why my symptoms are intensifying day by day?

Thanks for this video Michael. I am going on 10 months off benzos. The line between my preexisting anxiety/depression and the withdrawal have gotten really blurry. I’m starting to really understand what i went through in retrospect.

This is progress. You are making great progress, getting to a place where you can work more and more on natural wellness rather than just surviving withdrawal symptoms. Keep going. Get determined to learn more about improving anxiety/depression in a natural way. You are in a good spot to make a lot of progress over the next 10 months!

@@TheLovelyGrind thanks for the encouragement! Currently reading Rewire Your Anxious Brain. Proving to be one hell of a book in understanding anxiety and developing strategies based on what type of anxiety one is experiencing.
Hope you and yours are doing well.
