I grew up raised Honduran-American. My mom started dating Brazilians. This is amazing, because as a kid I would eat what my stepfather cooked. But he would use chicken wings. I never knew the name and he would always call it tomato chicken

love your recipes,, can i freeze all of them if i batch cook ?

Hi Jim! Yes, the recipes can be frozen. I wouldn't freeze the ones that have rice included in the recipe like biryani or jambalaya as I don't think it reheats well. The meat and sauce recipes all freeze fine. Hope this helps! Thanks.
