Decided to make this tonight for tomorrow's dinner, then realised no prosciutto ham or red wine, so have improvised with sliced ham and a bit more chicken stock. Smells lovely and looking forward to trying it tomorrow. If it goes well I will make it properly at the weekend 😂😂
