I can't say I agree with leaving the lane (great rebounding position) to find a guy who is 20 feet from the rim. When the ball hits the rim the defenders are not in a position to get the rebound
Actually yes, when chinning the ball as well. Check NFHS ..Flagrant 1 I believe, but its been a year since I retired. Although, haven't seen any rule changes on this... although yes, nice instruction...
