Was very happy to see our king return to YT. Completely agree with your video, I usually wait 2-3 weeks post launch of a movie to watch it, purely because people are disruptive and also can create chaos from a fanboy standpoint. Big W’s for the king

One of the reasons why I can enjoy Deadpool movies is because his character isn't restrained by the narrative the MCU has going & also Ryan Reynolds was aware that he wouldn't get much face time playing the character but did it anyways. It goes to show that fans don't need convoluted plot lines over many films or actors & studios getting in the way of portraying characters famous for having their faces covered most of the time. Its okay to link films in some way, but they should be able to stand on their own as one offs as well

What sucks is that due to algorithms a person can't even show the slightest bit of interest in something they care about or else they get spoiler filled thumbnails/post clogging up their feeds. The fact that I had one of the characters in Deadpool and Wolverine spoiled for me the night before I saw the film (at an early showing) made me feel robbed. Because I was then just sitting there waiting for them to come on screen and when they did it just felt kind of hollow. It's unfortunate that studios seem to encourage this as well despite what they officially state. Often times anymore films just feel stale and I'm not sure if that's due to bad film making or the fact that by the time they hit the silver screen/streaming services most of the movie is already known and been shown to the public either through trailers showing too much, news sites reporting on leaks and rumors or just going on to RUclips/Social Media. It's not even as simple as "just get off the internet" because going to the movies themselves people will stand around a lobby talking about the very things you're trying to avoid because that's just humans. We want to share information with one another. However it just sucks that there seems to be an entire industry out to ruin anything and everything related to films. Again, even the studios that say they don't want spoilers being out there, "leak" stuff.

My biggest issue is how fans today are writing the movies along with the producers...leading to fan casts and plot lines that serve the "oohs and aaahs" more than they do the overall story. Nothing is surprising anymore because fan expectations are influencing the studios

Trailers, online etc ruined it also.

I avoid everything about any movie I am interested in seeing until after I see it. I started that when the Star Wars prequels were coming out. So much hype. So many rumors and craziness. But I agree with your points. You can only see something the first time once. I want to be surprised. I don’t want to know what’s coming. But the way the world is now, I figure you have two weeks to go see something before you should keep any kind of major spoilers out of thumbnails.

Next do how animals ruin zoos. Coz you know... zoo-owners try to please the animals, and that's bad or something.

Give fans what they need, not what they want. Alas, that statement is objective. As a fan myself I prefer a subtle easter egg rather than a character suddenly walking on-screen. I dodn't actually like the way the cameos were handled in the recent Deadpool movie. It's cheesy when the character comes on in slo-mo with some "look who it is" music. It's not natural. Deadpool 2 did it better but I get the love-letter-to-Fox (rather than comics) nature of it. Might be bettrer on a second viewing.
What I hate with a passion is how RUclips sems to fill up with spoilers that are filmed in the Cinema. I thought there was meant to be an algorythm to stop that sort of thing. "We get it, you saw it before I did." I have had many scenes spoiled by a single fame from my feed. These people need to be booted off the platform so that they can grow up.

@@SirGordonJ firstly thank you for taking the time to write such a comprehensive comment. Secondly I absolutely agree with everything you said, although i didn’t mind the cameos in deadpool but if it was any other movie i might have. I hate spoilers with a passion and really not a fan of anyone posting them, especially as you said, ones that have recorded things in cinemas.
      Thanks again for the comment.

Haven't watched the video, just responding to the title: most definitely they can. In my opinion, much more often than they actually realize.
