    I find it hilarious that we need a video and tools to get to the tools! LOL! Tens of thousands of views, as of today. SMDH! Thank you for this video!

      Same. Their packaging is ridiculous for even a $2.99 "tool". We probably pay more for the packaging than the Chinese tool itself...

    Lmao! Yooo that's so true! Those packeges are very hard to get off, specialty when the socket ones break inside the socket, i now use die cutters and a torch

    To remove the cap on the breaker bar, if you don't have a pair of side cutters, try carefully heating one of the tabs you snipped with a match for 5 seconds or so and then twist the cap off. I did that just now and the cap came off easily, and there was no damage or blemishing to the breaker bar.

    I need to remove plastic from ratchet so that I can put it back on to return. Possible?

    • @PaulsToolReview
      @PaulsToolReview  3 года назад +1

      I don''t think so, but Harbor Freight will accept the ratchet back for exchange or refund if they can't exchange it. Just bring them the ratchet. If you have the plastic part unattached that will help find it in the system quicker. Even better would be the receipt, but they just ask for your info and they usually can look it up quickly and make things right.

    What kind of masochist came up with this packaging! I thought I was going insane trying to get my rachet off. No instructions, ridiculous!
