So what’s up snoopers I am back with now that I have seen it such an awesome film from 2008 starring Will Smith called HANCOCK. A scruffy superhero named Hancock (Will Smith) protects the citizens of Los Angeles but leaves horrendous collateral damage in the wake of every well-intentioned feat. That's OK with Hancock; he doesn't care what people think and is just as likely to be found dozing on a park bench as saving a damsel in distress. However, after saving the life of a PR executive (Jason Bateman) and meeting the man's beautiful wife (Charlize Theron), he realizes that he may have a sensitive side after all. I thought this movie was awesome I’m so glad I finally checked it out and I wonder if this is a marvel property or what and if not this definitely deserves a sequel cool origin but I want to see him take on villains

Idc what nobody say this movie was dope it had comedy, emotion,character development, etc and a good backstory/ Twist cause his friend Ray wife actually being his wife blew my mind when I first watched this.

Underrated movie. Ik it’s basically two films in one but I still think it does it right. Entertaining all throughout too. U didn’t watch the post credits scene though Breh. U would’ve really liked it

According to Greek mythology, Zeus and Hera were not only husband and wife, they were also brother and sister. According to the Iliad, Zeus is stronger than all of the other gods of Olympus combined. He tells them he could dangle them all from the heights of Olympus on a rope held in one hand, but none of them could do the same to just him.

Will Smith was actually offered Superman Returns, but turned it down. After the hateful comments and backlash he received after Wild Wild West, he didn't want to go through it. He said in an interview, America wasn't ready to see him as one of their superheroes. After the ignorance and rage showed behind Halle Bailey playing a mermaid from the Caribbeans of all places, it's very understandable why he made that decision. So in the end, Hancock was born. He spoke of a part 2, but nothing came of it.
To be fair. It's better that way. Black people need their own unique super heroes. Putting a black face on something historically white is lazy Hollywood writing

i loved this film as a kid and i actully love it more after these reactions. i knew he was lonely, but i didn't realise how lonely and how much he was picked on. even though he has the power to do incredible things no one else can, they hold the power. countless times through history even him protecting mary. i wish a second film was done.
