I saw this in theater and it was surpringly good. But I didn't care for the teenage girl's character (I'm tired of these broody teens being forced in movies today. They really ruin the vibes for me) or the ending of the film.

I did see a couple of commercials for this one. The reason it stuck out to me is because Ryan Reynolds has a movie coming out in May that is also about imaginary friends (called IF). I thought it was interesting that 2 movies about the same thing were coming out this Spring/Summer, not too far apart from each other. His movie isn't supposed to be a horror though.

I feel like "imaginary friend" is an American or Hollywood thing. I have never in my almost 30 years of living heard it outside of movies & tv shows. Also never heard of it living in South Africa.
I live in SA and I’ve had imagery friends my sis and I also I had one growing up I know it’s weird lol but it’s definitely a thing but obviously it isn’t as weird as it is in the film with some people (by that I mean directly talking to air I mean wTF is that 😭it’s definitely considering)

There’s nothing wrong with watching horror movies in April when you just doing it for your followers. For me i literally saw a horror movie back in February for my birthday in theaters. I was scared tho
I had one of those self reading books growing up the battery didn't need to be replaced till my third nephew was born.
My imaginary friend was named Mary. When I was a really little, she convinced me to wander away from my mom and brother while at the mall. It took security three hours to find me. I don’t think my mom ever forgave me or Mary for that day! The name Mary was carved into the cement into the background of our house, but I was obviously too young to read it. I’ve always wondered about that Mary. 🤨

There's a movie that i LOVE called "Extremelly Loud And Incredibly Close", there's no reactions of it on RUclips, and that's sad cause is one of the most emotional drama movie i've ever watched! The characters are SO good and charismatic, played by the actors Tom Hanks, Sandra Bullock and John Goodman! It's one of my favorite movies EVER, u need to watch PLEASE

I've had like 2 Imaginary friends, the first one was just an invisible boy and the other one was the rain, whenever I was in the car with my family I would pretend to talk to it in my mind and I would ask it to rain sometimes or not to rain and it actually happens, so now it kinda freaks me out😀🥲

My childhood home was filled with depression and anxiety, literally you feel the doom and gloom the minute you are in front of my childhood home. It's like a haunted house filled with my deepest fears. lol so no. I would not like to live in my childhood home.

I never had an imaginary friend as a kid but instead saw alot of what I now think were ghost and more often than not they were other children, I do however find myself thinking of the what ifs about why I saw so many ghosts and why now I still catch simple glances at them sometimes as a 20 year old girl

I grew up in dozens of homes because I grew up in a suitcase and have a big family. My mom's military and she and father divorced. So I'd find my own place to live someday instead of going back to where I grew up because I never actually had a home and grew up everywhere
