Hello. Can you please tell us what the latency/delay on the hearing aid processing is please in MS? for example 5 or 7 MS? I ask as I find as a blind person this makes a big difference to me when listening to the world around me.
On another note,The Oticon app has recently got an update and I'm sad to say,is now really inaccessible for a blind person. It no longer reads properly on the iPhone. Can Oticon please address this? I reported it some time ago and honestly it puts me off buying an Oticon hearing aid as I am unable to use the app to help customise the aids.

No, they only offer their flagship technology in the Oticon brand. You’ll have to see an audiologist to get the latest technology.

I dont want to come off as dumb, but i have phonark audèo P90-R model. Is this hearing aid a lot better???
