Man this show has made sheldon the victim so much more than i ever expected. Dude he is a great help to the family and he isnt the one making dumb choices with his life that cause hardships on the others. Funny enough here the main ones wrong is George and Mary. They knew this was coming and they didn't force Mandy and georgie to make a plan to be out by now. Yeah no Sheldon is 100% in the right here, it's his personal space. This happened to me multiple times because I lived with my dad. So every time I went home to my mom I found someone of my siblings or my mom living in my room amd using my stuff simply because it was colder in there over the summers. We changed our garage to a room for my grandma at one point, and while yes, it's completely redone, it's still technically a garage. I and my brothers have all lived in a basement and my room is currently right next to the garage. Though, I guess in this case it doesn't count because I'm 22.

Personally I feel that Mandy and the baby should get the room however Mary and George really should have told him this ahead of time. Yeah no Sheldon is 100% in the right here, it's his personal space. This happened to me multiple times because I lived with my dad. So every time I went home to my mom I found someone of my siblings or my mom living in my room amd using my stuff simply because it was colder in there over the summers.
So I understand exactly how he feels and it's honestly quite a horrible feeling especially if you have a more possessive streak

@RagSon-cu9xv It's still a part of the house, and if made a proper living space is generally acceptable. We changed our garage to a room for my grandma at one point, and while yes, it's completely redone, it's still technically a garage. I and my brothers have all lived in a basement and my room is currently right next to the garage. Though, I guess in this case it doesn't count because I'm 22.

Sheldon helps the way he can, because that is his family and they need his help. Mary and George help the way they can because that is their family, and they need their help. You cant use the argument that because Sheldon organizes their taxes, that mean he should get final say. Because then by that logic Mary and George get ultimate say since they do way more.
Georgie, Mandy, and CC are family and need help. The place that Mandy and CC were living at literally got destroyed by a natural disaster. And a garage with no built in systems for heating, cooling, insulation, or waste management is no place for his literal infant niece. The logic that Mandy should have her life together doesnt hold up either. Because Sheldon literally does have his life together and has somewhere else to go for free, he doesnt have to live at home with all of the niceties that his family gives to him because they care for him, not because they have to. To quote Georgie in TBBT " i know life isnt easy for you Sheldon, but that doesnt mean it's been easier for the rest of us."
As much as everyone in the family adjusts to the personal issues of Sheldon, it wouldnt kill Sheldon to try to adjust to the personal issues of his family, especially when they need it

I’m with Sheldon on this one. Sheldon have been gone for a couple of months, none of them think “hey we know Sheldon won’t feel okay with us staying in his space, we should clean up the garage a bit so itll be safe for the baby to stay in”
Also, there’s other solutions too, like staying in Mandy’s parents. I get the mom is insufferable but that’s still a solution. Also, they’re grown adults and correct me if I’m wrong, I haven’t watch this season yet, Georgie and Meemaw business is still ongoing. Georgie can use that money to stay in the hotel or they can rent an apartment temporarily. OR if Mary and George doesn’t mind, the baby can stay in their room while Mandy and Georgie stay in the garage.

Personally I feel that Mandy and the baby should get the room however Mary and George really should have told him this ahead of time. No matter when they told him he would've been unhappy but he at least wouldve had time to absorb the situation and maybe gave some extra comvincing to avoid this confrontation. He was reasonable enough that they occupied it while he wasn't around, I'm sure he would’ve come around eventually. Secondly I don't think Mandy should be this snippy considering she and Georgie basically commandeered Sheldon's room without ever telling him and are now kicking him out. Yes he's being a pain but imagine coming home and being told "yeah we took your room, go sleep in the garage instead". Its understandable but i doubt anybody would be initially gracious last minute
