    Jenny Allen has written pieces for The New Yorker, The New York Times, New York, Vogue, Esquire, More, The Huffington Post and Good Housekeeping. She has also written essays for Disquiet, Please! and The Fullness of Time. She wrote the adult fable The Long Chalkboard, performed in the 80s comedy group Serious Bizness, and has performed in productions of Jules' Blues and in readings of Spalding Grey: Stories Left to Tell, as well as in her one-woman show, I Got Sick, Then I Got Better.
