Betadine + Ns are using but how much ml for betadine and Ns
Many staff are doing bladder wash procedure but a 100 percentage clarity nobody have

What to do if a patient came to a non PCI facility hospital and they can be transferred to a PCI facility within 2 hr,but the patient is very unstable and having a extensive STEMI.Should we thrombolyse them or transfer to PCI facility?
Sir what's your window period for stroke thrombolysis is it 4.5 hrs or 5/6hrs . Some doctors do thrombolysis up to 6hrs how good is that sir???

no it's. NOT recommended in any guidelines.
If pt. Doesn't get relief by one thrambolytic agent like Streptokinase. Can we do second attempt by reteplase
No, no trial or study like that... rescue PCI is the answer.
