This was so funny 😂 I use Ranong matcha from the Asian market. I'm sure you can get it at other places or online but it's the easiest ever, just add hot water. If you want it ice, add cold water and ice to the hot water, milk if you'd like but I prefer hot with nothing added, so good🍵

You are very right, lol. Somehow the ribbon had all gotten stuck to one side and I couldn't get it out (hadn't had to change the batteries in 2 years). In between battery insertions that happened though.

You’re supposed to weave the ribbon through the batteries so all you have to do is pull on the ribbon to get both out
