The Softest Christmas Cookie | Cranberry Orange Cookies

This will become your favorite Christmas cookie recipe. They're the softest cookies ever. Also cranberry orange is the greatest combination that exists.

INGREDIENTS LIST:
1 1/2 cups or 180 g all purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 cups or 228 g dried cranberries
3/4 cup or 165 g dark brown sugar
Zest from 1 large orange
8 tbsp or 113 g unsalted butter (room temp)
1 large egg (room temp)
2 tsp vanilla extract
*Dough ball size
1 oz or 28 g worth (roughly a tbsp in size)
*Oven
425 F or 218 C
bake 5 to 6 mins
