The chicken was dropped on the floor when moved to the hold freezer or the packing line. They just wash or scoop it up,put it back in the tub and send to the freezer. The other possibility is when it comes down the process line it is pulled thru blades that cut it up at different points, sometimes the holder at the blades could do it.

Joey - you should buy a new Wi-Fi router/mesh system. I recommend Orbi. I just bought a 3 pack of routers which makes up my mesh wi-fi home network. Works great. Your existing router is probably really old. Use your cable router, then hook up the Orbi to it. Maybe invite Lee so he can set it all up.
