Strasbourg is in the northeast of France. I was there two weeks ago. Gorgeous but heavily commercialized. It is nothing in comparison to every village I visited in the Alsace region…. Stayed in Colmar at the La Maison des Testes (historical!) during my visit and used that as my base to see almost every picturesque village of the Alsace region. Took the train from Colmar to Strasbourg (30 minute ride) and spent the day there, took the river cruise to top it all. That side of France is amazing! ❤
@DramaticallyExpatic just a fun fact, we other the strasburger called our Cathédrale "Môman" (Mummy) and i’m work just in front of Her and i’m never tired to admirate Her every single day 😍
I wouldn't leave out the fun experience to take the tram as a border crossing over the Rhine to Germany and a nice stroll on either side of the river. Strasbourg itself is lovely but there is a lot more to discover in terms of medieval Alsatian towns, the Vosges, the Black Forest, Basel, Freiburg, Mulhouse, Colmar.
I just met a girl from there and was checking out the city on google earth. Just in most towns to look at, I check out the churches and cathedral. Love the astronomical clock. Love❤

Oh, I love French old houses' roofs.
It’s typical South German architecture.

It's really a nice place to live. Good visit
We stayed in Strasbourg in 1998 in the Hotel Cathedrale and loved the city. We brought our kids back the next year. Thanks for the tour!

I visited Strasbourg two times before, but I still want to go there again, lovely place.

You look gorgeous in white.❤
Wahoooo
the history of the "petite France" name is close to true. Don't forget that in those time, Alsace and Strasbourg was NOT in France...
Oh you're right! It does make more sense this way, thanks!
