@@sirwalksoftly it's mostly just chilled milk and sugar so it's thicker and I believe there's malted milk powder in the liquid too which is why it's a yellowish white color when we add the mix into the milkshake station. The malt gives it a sweet nutty flavor that tastes even better than vanilla on its own.

im gonna guess there was some milkshake already in the cup and then they add more while mixing for a more homogenous product
