For experienced candidates, there is no training only some KT sessions still they are bound to non compete agreement. I am stuck in same situation. I saw 9LPA and didn't realise I will be getting only 45k in hand salary. Bluffed .so i resigned yesterday.lets see what happens going forward...
i joined a company which had niether any bond nor any non-competency clause during joining. I worked there over for 3 months as a Software Trainee .After resignation i got a relieving letter from previous company that has an extra clause of non-competancy .It states that i can not join any company which is either a direct competant or indirect competant of the previous company for 3 years. Although i have never signed any such agreements.
Completely wrong analysis , you can join Any company , the client should not be same , if you join on same client Also no problem too Only loss is you cannot join Infosys nothing more than that It's there in every company , Infosys permanent ly has many companies in the list
