Buddy from the look of that engine I would say you need a new engine.

I’ll try to make a quick video. Found a bad manifold gasket but that ended up finding other issues from the previous shop.

Check the rear of the exhaust manifold. There is a bellows with a gasket that can leak. Recommend you increase the RPM and spray. Look for bubbles
