That was a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cavity.
Love this
Large pus-filled cavity with only one previous owner goes for $20k/month in downtown Vancouver.
Complete with a flooded basement.
With a rec room
Los Angeles apartment 😂😂😂, but looks more like a studio apt.😊
Kevin knows his stuff. He knew you'd need a wrap. You taught him well.
Graeme aka Grasshopper has taught him well. ❤❤
I would say that Kevin learned well too. ❤❤ Kevin.
I would guess when he sees Graeme going for the iodine he sprints into action!
Kevin's nickname should be Radar.
Kev is the man.
The instant relief she had to have gotten when the cavity was open and relieved that pressure, had to have been amazing.
She still has a long way to go before she's out of pain, tho. The way she's walking I'm worried she's going to break her ankle on a slip. They will have to keep her in a pen for a while. And the bad part of that is how difficult it is to keep the hoof dry, clean and free from more infection.
@@ChangelingheartYeah, but it's kind of like removing a gigantic splinter. It still hurts after and there is a recovery period, but that intense throbbing pressure pain is gone. Her walking at the very end was pretty stable, and with the blocks it's only going to improve rapidly.
Last week i didnt know you had to trim cows hooves, now im addicted to this channel. I'm so glad you guys exist to help these poor creatures get back to a comfortable life.
Neither did I when I first started watching. Which was pretty dumb on my part as I knew horses hooves had to be trimmed.
Hahhaa same
pleeeeease do a follow up video in 2 weeks so we can see her healing!
Yes! This is one we need a re-visit on.
Absolutely
Absolutely 💯
Yes, please!
it’s been 2 weeks… update?
My jaw dropped when I saw the amount of fluid come out, and then the size of the cavity. Poor girl! You and Kevin did an excellent job caring for her and making her as comfortable as she could be while she heals.
My brain first went "should I make a dumb joke about how it might be a he" then my brain realized all cows are female
WoW > WoW > Just WoW 🐮 I do Not know what to say.
* My Very First video of His....and that is what I saw. YIKES! 🤕🤢
Can’t imagine how long this poor cow suffering from pain and thank God he is relieved
"Fairly certain we found the problem." He says calmly XD great work as always
And how QUICKLY it emerged!
Usually it takes a few swipes with the blade to bring this about. But just 2 seconds with the grinder and... Ol' Pusfull! That hoof was just a water balloon of infection!
OMG, that is one of the largest cavities on this channel in a very long time, wow!! May she heal fully and swiftly.
I honestly don't think I've ever seen one AS bad. Normally the really bad ones go all the way to the chorium. This went past the chorium and into the freaking ankle/foot. That looked horrific. I audibly gasped and almost teared up just from how bad it looked, thinking how much pain that cow must be in. I seriously don't think I've ever seen anything that bad before here.
She was so flinch-y before Graeme broke through the abscess cavity and then so still and comparatively relaxed after the pressure was relieved. With all that pastern swelling, it's going to be a few days before all the pain subsides but she definitely got significant relief instantly during the trim. Great job!
You are amazing. I keep hearing myself say “ohhh noooo. Poor baby!” You are a gift to these cows and the farmers/ranchers. God bless.
Guys like you, lift the spirits of people like me!. Never stop being yourselves fellas!. Never stop caring,
Quite possibly the worst one I've seen in the 2 years I've been watching. Thank you for helping that poor baby. Y'all are angels in your own way!!
Hi Kev!!
The only ones that are worse are the ones with toe necrosis. That was a terrifying hole. I wish we knew what made it get so big.
i've been watching for about 5-6 years and this is top 3 for sure - they don't get much worst than that without losing a foot
Totally agree! One of the biggest cavities for sure!
Oh my goodness! That poor cow. The pain she must of been in. Kevin, Craigie boy, & Graeme love all you guys. You all do a great job for the cows. Thank you

POBRECITA; QUE DOLOR. Pregunto a los que saben: será que le ponen algún calmante o anestesia para que no sufra cuando le hacen ese tipo de curaciones?
@@dorisvivianavilla7792they do not use anesthetic during this kind of procedure. They have no nerves in their hooves so they cant feel any of that carving. Think of it like a fancy nail trimming that relieves pain caused by pressure build up.
@@ferretyluvoh so u the grammar police now? Get a life
@@ferretyluvshut up
I love how you guys chase down the problem with such determination and care making sure you didn’t leave anything out phenomenal work
I'm about 100 videos in (so far) and am still amazed at the things you come across in these precious cows' hooves 😮 ... was NOT expecting that much pus, to say the very least. Thank GOD for you all and the wonderful work you do ❤
And so much love for Kevin, Craigie boy, and Graeme
My daughter kept saying how bad this foot looked. She said thank you for fixing her sore foot.
Beautiful smile, Kevin! You look so friendly! Don't let Graeme give you any crap! I vote for that raise!
Kevin is so lovely and gentle when he wraps them, top notch man.
Can you imagine the relief she felt as soon as that pressure was released??
I appreciate how gentle he is when he gets to the damaged parts. He has the tools and skill to make quick work of it but instead he chooses compassion.
It really is so amazing. I am trans and I am pregnant and I think if he would be great at delivering me even though I am a man. I bet he would be gentle on me and he would treat my hoof horn with delicate care.
@jirikurto3859 what?
@@Fi-r-e Did you think I didn't notice how much you love my body? Well, I did and it's because I have a sexy body.
@@jirikurto3859 what does this have to do with cows....
@@jirikurto3859 Hey, fellow trans man here; what are you on about? This dude fixes cow hooves, what in the world does cow hooves have to do with your pregnancy 😭
Wow that's a instant relief for this poor cow😢😢😢THANKS Graeme ❤❤❤
Thank you for helping these animals, and keeping them pain free and healthy!
Oh my goodness! The sheer size of that cavity was jaw dropping! Poor girl must have been miserable, THANK YOU for helping her!!! Bet you never thought hoof trimming would gain you a massive world -wide following!! I don't know what it is about the videos I just LOVE them.. it's soothing watching animals get cared for
Poor thing, as a diabetic, infections hurt so bad, and I feel for this poor girl.
If you’re diabetic and infections still hurt, that’s a good thing!
@@ferretyluvOnce you can't feel them, that's when you should worry.
@@lanpingpug Yeah, that was my point. If the ulcer hurts, you don’t have neuropathy.
@@ferretyluv I have diabetes but it is controlled by my diet alone. I get checked every six months by a diabetes nurse who checks my feet, eyesight and draws blood for testing. I also got another COVID booster jab. The NHS does take that sort of thing very seriously, as they should.
Poor sweet girl. ❤
Bless her heart. So glad you could help her. Hope the 2 week update had great results. Tyfs God bless you
I have watched many of The Hoof GP videos, many with pus and all, but this one tops it!
I definitely watched this one with a look of concern, worry, shock and maybe little bit of disgust. Amazing how you trimmed this hoof so gently, well done.
I’m still in utter shock at that huge cavity in her hoof.
Keep up the great work guys 👏🏻
The relief you just gave that precious animal is incredible. Your mama raised you right! So nice to see people who care for animals. Thank you.
The animal is tasty!!
What about dad? You sexist?
@@stybur19 Yes :* now go you're not wanted
@@Ilivedbih Are you another hateful adolescent mind? Your tolerance is what builds societies 👍
u joking or what? @@stybur19
I never thought that I, an 84 year old lady, would end up subscribing to a programme dedicated to cows with sore hoofs. That's just how bonkers life is. 😂 This episode hurt though. The pure agony that poor cow was suffering was heartbreaking. She must'nt have been able to sleep or eat. Thank goodness our Hoof GP was able to reduce that pain. But why wasn't this damage noticed before it reached this dreadful level? Anyway, a quick return to a healthy hoof. 😍🐄
That's what I was thinking where is the farmer and his skills???That didn't happen overnight guys!!😮,😏😡😡😡
Farming is not a high priority all over the world at the moment and certainly not in our country the Farmers are working as hard as any profession and they need the respect they deserve
You don't know a) how quickly a problem can become this large and b) how long escpacially preyanimals like cows, horses and deer are able to basically show no signs of pain so they will not attraced the wrong kind of attention. On top of that, farmers are just humans too.
Count your days, grandma. 😊
Stop lying ur not 84 yall can’t even work smart phones let alone a tv
❤ Thank you so much for helping this poor cow!
Wowza!!! What a great one to watch! My 3 yo son loves watching you guys & was so happy to see the cow’s foot touch the ground! Definitely a success! Can’t wait to watch the follow up!
Fantastic work! And Kev needs to be named "Employee of the month" for his anticipation of your every need. Your team are just the best.I love watching your videos, and being part of the Herd. Big love to you all for your fantastic work (Please make sure to hug Craig and Kev for being brilliant)
Lovely employee of the month 😉🤣
Ooof I felt the relief when that hoof exploded. With your excellent care I’m sure she’ll be feeling much better within a day or two. Fabulous work as always HGP team
Norwegian ancestry here, my grandmother would usually say "uff da" - in this case it would be "HOOF da"

You guys are awesome, i found this channel by mistake but stayed, not because of some morbid fascination but the kindness for the cows and the family dynamics of the crew.
Might not mean much from a faceless and nameless person but thank you for being there for them and for sharing your time with us.
Thank you for helping these animals!
Poor moo moo bet the relief was immense though Graeme love you all, kev is a lovely man so is Craigy boy xx
That must have been so painful for this cow. The relief must have been immediate. Thank you Graeme, Kevin and Craigie Boy ❤❤❤❤❤
Poor girl! What a relief for her now that the pressure has been released! That had to be painful. I'm sure she would say thank you for such a great job!
I love it when you show the difference when the animal comes in limping and when it leaves walking much more comfortably.
God Bless this cow. She must have been in horrific pain. So glad the farmer called you over. I bet she had instant relief. Bless her heart you could hear her whine as it let loose. I pray she heals quickly with no after effect of any lameness. ❤. Even now you can still hear this girl whine. The pain and relief is unbelievable. I hope there is a follow up story down the road to see how she is doing. I am crying along with her and gritting my teeth. Again God Bless her and the same to you for helping this big girl. 🥰😘
That poor sweet baby of a square horse. She must be feeling SO much better with the help you and Kev Boy gave her.
the way my jaw hit the floor when you showed the real size of that cavity MY GOD
Glad she's feeling better, jeez!
Hello from the USA. I just found your channel and love it. You gentleman bring humor and education while showing compassion to the animals. Keep up the great work 😊
Wow! Graem is a real stand-up guy. I have never seen any hoof at this level of abscess. I felt her relief and pain. Poor lass. I hope she gets back to her life well. It always tears me up to see this. With Graeme, I am very confident I know she will recover.❤❤❤ Thank you for your dedication and for saving so many cows.😊
Thank you, and God bless you for helping these poor animals.
You guys are great, I thought I'd seen some bad ones. You've helped them so much. You've earned a day or two to get your rest.
Kevin’s knowing what is needed for the next step, is the same kind of preparedness one sees in a surgery theatre. He could say that he’s a surgical scrub nurse, but for cows😉❤️🐄. Excellent work by the whole team!
What a huge relief she must be feeling...I don't know how she was able to get around. Thank you Graeme and Kevin for treating her and doing a darn good job doing it!
Really enjoy watching you and your crew taking such good care in improving the health of these animals.
Absolutely first class work, guys. Very impressive.
She may not have shown it right away, but it's obvious that after a few minutes, she's clearly feeling the difference.
The corium flesh looks really good so the pus must have been doing its job moving the infection away.
Also, Kev is clever for anticipating the cow’s needs - note I said cow’s need and not hgp’s need 😉😉he’s a good hoof trimmer is Kev!
Chorium. Corium is the stuff left behind from a nuclear core meltdown.
@@ferretyluvcorium is the correct spelling according to Google. When I typed in chorium it corrected to corium after showing me results for chromium.
@@ferretyluvconfidently incorrect 😉 it's still corium in the case of cow's
Never clickbait, this channel always delivers. I love it.
Thank you for helping this poor girl!
Holy cow... ❤😂! Im so glad farmers take care of these cows and give them to you to help fix the problems. Animals are so much better at hiding physical pain than us. Great work!
That poor baby! I can't imagine how much pain she must of been in. Im so glad she has you to help take care of her.
❤❤ POOR cow, so glad you were able to help her. And much ❤❤❤ for Kevin x
Sending love for Kevin! Thanks for the upload, that one was INTENSE!!!
O! M! G! That poor girl. 😢 Thank you, Graeme and Kevin for y'all's care and compassion. ❤❤❤
i audibly gasped when i saw that cavity omg. Thanks to you and kev for helping that poor cow!!!
Every time I see animals suffering like that I cried, and lord knows that you cared for these animals and helped them get better
Never worked with cows or any kind of livestock, but I grew up in a small middle of nowhere town surrounded by a ton of woods and Farms. Does my heart good to see a man so dedicated to his craft and the animals he takes care of.
Love the interaction between the three of you. It is wonderful to find “in laws” and “boss & employees” acting like brothers. Good on you all.
Thank you for your help to these girls.
OMG I cant imagine that pain. The will and resilience of anomals amazes me. Poor baby.
She must have felt instant relief with that pressure released ❤
So true!😖😖
That poor cow. What an amazing discovery. I am so glad you were able to help her and start her on the road to recovery.
Does Kevin need a raise???? I think so. He's awesome!!!
The amount of relief the cow must have felt was incredible! Amazing work!
Love to watch you guys help .
This has to be one of the more dramatic trims I’ve seen .. I also have to comment on the incredibly clear and good quality of your videos … great work Graeme and Kev !
That poor cow had to be in such pain. You, Graeme, and the crew (Hi Kev and Craigy Boy) are so diligent on making these ladies healthier and happier. I am a city girl, but I have become completely engulfed in everything that you all do. Thank you for helping me learn something new! Much love to you all!🥰
Oh so impressive! The relief you gave that sweet cow is so marvelous! You’re an 👼 Angel!

I can now go about the rest of my day knowing there is another beautiful Scottish cow whose relief from a sore foot must feel like heaven❤ you, Kevin, and Craigie boy are a great team!
Hi Hoof GP. I'm not a farmer or anything but I find your videos so interesting. I also love cloud 9 by wildflower because of your videos and it's now on a play list I play regularly. My wife and I had a child and when he cries I dont know why but I started singing it. Now it's his song. Thanks for being awesome and thank you for introducing my little boy to his favourite song ❤
Praying she is healing well, please give us an update!🙏❤️
Oh my that was unbelievable 🤢 poor little cow.
Thank you Graeme for your love for the cows AND FOR KEVIN👋🤣🤣❗️

It had to feel SO GOOD for the poor lass when that pressure was released. 😢
That was a great video and an awesome job! Thank you for taking care of that cow🙏
Kevin is a very kind, shy, and living young man! I forgot to say handsome too! The both of you are very kind friends❤
That poor cow, I’m so happy to see you helping her! You are so sweet and caring! Thank you
I gasped and felt so upset for that poor girl. I really hope she will heal eventually.
Hi from Australia 🇦🇺
I can only imagine the relief that poor animal must feel now!
What an amazing job on its care!!!! Kudos
Can you imagine the relief for the poor cow!
You are amazing!!
I love watching you boys teasing each other!! You have to be able to!
You and your crew give humanity a good name.
I have stage 2 arthritis in both my knees and have had attacks of gout in my left big toe and right knee. I can only imagine the pain from that hoof. Especially when she can't sit down and put her feet up. It is comforting to know that you can relieve and heal those injuries, rather than destroying the animal.
I couldn't imagine the amount of pain that poor animal was going through. And for how long? Thank you guys for helping her! I couldn't imagine how bad that must smell!!
The camera panning over to Kev ready with the salicylic acid and wrap is too cute 😂
Here is love for Kevin!! Craigy Boy gets love too! Graeme you are amazing! You have taught them well!!❤
thank you for filming for us all, i've honestly learnt a lot from watching, and i find it comforting with how much your show us, and how the farms work to make cows comfy
also, all the love to kevin!
and im looking forward to the check up for the cow
I never thought I’d watch stuff like this. There’s so much to know and learn in this world. Plus I really love the accent too 😊
I can’t imagine how much pain they feel. Poor Cow. Good thing they have you.
The release of pressure must have been an immense relief for that poor cow. Must have been agony every step taken. Excellent job guys, you've made a HUGE impact with this trim.
The pure relief you gave that cow must have been amazing. Please do a follow up so we can see how the sweet girl is going.
I'm so glad I found your page you are so compassionate
Ufffff!! Pobrecita!!.
Gracias por cuidarla.
Seguro que se recupera.❤
Kevin great smile! Oh that poor cow, felt so sorry for her! Hopefully her checkup in 2 weeks will be much better!
Thank goodness you’re doing what you can for her!
So much love for all you fine gentlemen!
