It was also the only one shown that was ONLY in soft tissue, while most were in just the hoof with maybe some damage to the corium. I can’t even begin to imagine how much that one must have hurt!
It has made me angry at people who carelessly drop all manner of wire, nails screws and, welding rods in areas for either vehicles or cattle any kind of livestock of any kind zoo habitat I was personally hopita hospitalized when I stepped on a nail when I was in the fourth grade. I got a bone infection because of it . We lost a donkey to lockjaw (tetanus) because of a discarded nail . Lost time, traffic accidents . People have died as a result of tire punches, slow leaks cause tires to overheat, and blowout suddenly. Rant finished.
@chethemerc7841 dirt ,mud, manure, and silage do not injure anyone or anything simply looks messy. Even if you're operating a single-track vehicle at reasonable speeds. Carelessly discarded or spills screws, nails, roofing nails, welding rod stubs, drywall screws deck screws all I'll do serious damage and are difficult to detect .
@@theoldman8877 they do if you come round a corner and hit wet mud they have left on the road. They do it constantly. I dont see tradesman leaving trails of screws and nails all over the roads. So wish I was several years younger and had money I would go to Scotland and see this HOOFGP. This young man loves his job and loves his girls.I wish all peoples could love their animals like this. I love mine to the moon and back.❤️
I love ur videos. I live on a dairy farm and have the most respect for our hoof trimmer, Paul Neer from PA. Hoof trimming is the most important thing bc if ur cows can't walk, they can't produce. Thanks for being so kind and gentle to the ladies, we need people to understand that we treat these calves better than we treat ourselves!!❤
I’ve watched every single one of these videos individually, but I’m still very grateful for the compilation 😂 as I’m sure these cows were super grateful when you removed all these items!
I hope you save and catalog these. Put each one in a small glass bottle or vial with a note detailing the date, farm, cow number, and possibly the RUclips video ID. Call it the Hall of Hoof GP Horrors or something like that. (edited to correct typos)
The metal at 1:45 looked like a split hex nut. Those poor things walking on their tip toes with no way to get anything out. You definitely help them out.
Hey GP! I have not seen any new videos show up. Get ta crackin’! Anyway, had a thought and I really want to see Scotland and my relatives/ancestors that I never knew. Get me there so I can come along with you in a workday with all of those beautiful cows and bulls! ❤❤❤
I Really can't believe what you have found. But I also can't understand that people who work in places where animals have to go don't use a magnet or metal detection before leaving. The most nails, screws and even a knife blade (not in this video 😭) can be removed from the floor before animals come back in. But you are a great magician in helping cows.
For a horse you would need to try and put something on the hoof that sticks out further than the metal but has an opening for it to rest in and call the vet. They will want to X-ray the hoof to see just where the metal has gone within the hoof capsule to see if it has hit the pedal, or coffin, bone and caused damage to it. They would carefully remove it and treat the puncture wound, and wrap it up. You would have to do epsom salt soaks, stall rest and finally hand walking as the horse improved. Taking care of a lame horse can be a full time job.
1:50 I have a guess to what that may be. I worked on a dairy farm for 9 years. In the barns with the freestalls they can need fixing and repairing. In doing so some of the nuts and bolts won’t budge so to get them off it may take a blow torch. What it looks like to me is a nut that was torched apart and perhaps missed during clean up. We farmers do our best to make sure something like that doesn’t get left behind but accidents happen and when things get dropped in the sand they can be hard to find.
Hi there the 2nd one was part of the top of a metal chisel that has not been looked after and the top ends up looking like a mushroom by being hammered and the end is pushed outward and eventually splits off as a crescent. You have to look after both ends of a metal chisel
I think all cows should get the hoof pads so none of them need to suffer these horrible injuries. 🤨 I feel so sorry for their long suffering pain. When you pulled that pus covered nail out of her foot, what did you do for the infection so far up in her foot? When you are cutting off the bottoms and you see the pink in the hoof, what is that? Does it hurt them when you do that, I always wonder. You're a good guy!
The second one looks like to me, the top metal but off a lighter(a flint one). It's horrible that peoples rubbish end up in the poor cows hooves. Im glad you can make them feel better.
Watching this clip, the metal you pulled out of the hoof you said you did not know what it was, the first thin I thought of it looks like a broken signet ring?
Seeing these clips again makes me think you should carry hemostats and forceps around with you. You're almost performing surgery to get the objects out.
Hola, excelente trabajo, Doctores Veterinarios, operaciones, curaciones, en cascos de Vacas, ganado, FELICIDDES. Por salvarles la vida. Saludos desde Guadalajara Jalisco México.
For everyone making comments about not leaving metal near animals - most of these things are picked up in pasture. Speaking from experience working on a horse farm. It's easy enough to miss a screw or a nail in the grass and mud if one falls when repairing/removing old wooden fences. Unless you've got a neighbor who hates your animals, its not intentional and just an unfortunate accident that happens. Anyhow, thanks for the compilation video. Now can we get one of abscesses?
The only question I have with regards to these. Why not have a couple of pairs of pliers handy? a pair of needle nose would make a few of those much easier to extract.
The 2nd extraction that you were not sure what it was, looks very much like a lead bullet that has deformed after being shot into something. Maybe someone was target shooting or hunting in the field and the cow stepped on it afterward.
3:01 "I'm not a professional..."
The man is literally a professional by every definition.
Why do I enjoy watching these
Been watching these since Covid-19
Uts satisfying 😌
i don’t know
Because you're one SICK PUPPY. Welcome to the pack😂
We're not twisted, we like seeing cows find relief .
💜🇨🇦
Unbelievable what these poor babies go through. Thanks Graeme for helping them out.
But u will eat them (beef)😂
That last one was like watching a magic trick. It never stopped coming out. 😮😮😮
I was thinking the same thing.
Yes I agree that last big long screw well all I can say is WOW
It was also the only one shown that was ONLY in soft tissue, while most were in just the hoof with maybe some damage to the corium. I can’t even begin to imagine how much that one must have hurt!
Am I the only one who feels that some of the videos are fake?@@saphira2323

Qqqqaqăqq😅
It was probably the farmers. They make the most mess of roads.

Incredible! Difficult to believe they can even walk. Thank you for sharing.🐄🐂
Gob Bless you for helping these helpless Animals. 🙏
The most satisfying thing I have watched for a while! It was too short!
I couldn't stop wincing with each one. I'll bet they were all massively relieved when those things were gone!
Me too
Its sad that a lot these could be prevented if people just cleaned up after themselves
I'm sure they do, but accidents can still happen :(
These animals go through so much suffering and people don’t even notice it.
It’s good that this guy helps the animals.
3:01 ….. I’m not a professional, but…. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
But I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night 😁😁
ME TOO!
I’ve watched every single one of these videos individually, but I’m still very grateful for the compilation 😂 as I’m sure these cows were super grateful when you removed all these items!
Graeme, you have fans over here in Mexico, too! Love all your videos.
Soooooo
SATISFYING !!! ❤️❤️❤️

These videos are super satisfying
I love your videos. They are so calming. Knowing the cow is getting much need relief, and then your accent, utter relaxation 💯
Great vid Graeme. Wish you put links to each of them in your discription. I remember each of those except the last one w/ the 4" screw
It's truly amazing, the weird things that cattle get in their hooves!
I can feel the pain of every hoof you showed us!! OMG OOOOOOOOOOOOUCHH!!
It's satisfying to watch and it must feel so good for them to get those stuff out of their hooves.
Hey GP! I have not seen any new videos show up. Get ta crackin’!
Anyway, had a thought and I really want to see Scotland and my relatives/ancestors that I never knew. Get me there so I can come along with you in a workday with all of those beautiful cows and bulls! ❤❤❤
Strangely watching this video is quite satisfying… 💓❤️💕
Holly heck the last one was so huge ❤
How rewarding what a relief for the cows.😊
I enjoy watching this guy do his job
I Really can't believe what you have found. But I also can't understand that people who work in places where animals have to go don't use a magnet or metal detection before leaving. Do you want to use a magnet of huge pasture land?
You looking very beautiful 😍 are you on telegram
This is sooooo satisfying to watch.
Do you save the things you get out of there hoof ? It probably feels good to get it gone !!
Those poor cows. Glad You were there to save them!❤❤🎉🎉😊😊😊
Um trabalho sensacional que vocês fazem . 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏.
I'm obsessed with these videos
I enjoyed this ! I really really like the removal of the Little Rock’s though
My favorite video on the entire channel
Do you keep a collection of what you pull out of their hooves?
For a horse you would need to try and put something on the hoof that sticks out further than the metal but has an opening for it to rest in and call the vet. Pretty much the same for cows except no vets or xray needed
2:50 looks like a horse shoe nail
Poor poor cows. These give me shivers & make me want to cry. 😢
This is as good as Bot Fly Removal and Dr. Pimple Popper videos😁
I treated a roosters foot one time. Thats about it!!LOL Watching you work is pretty cool!
Hey HGP ... The 2nd one looked like it could be a band ... Like the metal or plastic ones sometimes found around pigeons legs
Look closer. It was the tip of a hoof trimming knife.
Hello! Subscriber from the Philippines
Do you have a collection jar of some of the stuff you pull out ?
This was the most satisfying video I loved it..
I adore you guys and love to watch your videos..I am frm Namibia
Unreal..... lov your videos guys

WOW DID NOT KNOW SO MANY ITEMS COULD STICK IN COWS FEET GLAD YOU COULLD 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 HELP THEM
Elinize sağlık. Hayvanı sıkıntıdan kurtardınız teşekkürler.
You can add carpentry, and dental extractions to your resume!😂❤
A compilation video is great because it means you went a whole week without finding any new proplems to post about.
1:53 it kind of looks like a crimp or tie of some kind for metal cables.
Thanks for the video!
It's all a mad watch. But it's a quality watch how did you get into this line of work. 👍🏴
Omg!! 😱
Could you link all the single videos to this?
Years ago when you pulled that tooth out of the hoof! I couldn’t believe what was happening! How did she get that in her hoof? 😊
Hello Doctor, you are doing good job sir. All the best.
Grazie infinite ❤
Makes me feel so sad for them walking on these hooves with stuff stuck in there. You do great work.
This was incredibly satisfying. Also, I can’t place your accent. Irish?
Hi there the 2nd one was part of the top of a metal chisel that has not been looked after and the top ends up looking like a mushroom by being hammered and the end is pushed outward and eventually splits off as a crescent. You have to look after both ends of a metal chisel
The piece of metal that you didn't know what it was, looks to be a ear tag clip?
Did some videos get taken down?
I think all cows should get the hoof pads so none of them need to suffer these horrible injuries. 🤨 I feel so sorry for their long suffering pain.

Love watching these
1:50 To me that looks like the end of a hoof trimming knife which broke off but I wouldn't be able to say for sure
Awesome Compilation Graeme!❤️🇦🇺🏴
That last one! Omg dude
Ouch that had to hurt, I'm hoping they feel better soon after you worked on her
Watching this clip, the metal you pulled out of the hoof you said you did not know what it was, the first thin I thought of it looks like a broken signet ring?
i can hear the cows crying 😢😢😢😢
Awe What a relief!!
at 1:51 that is the shield for a Bic lighter
Why do I like this stuff
I should be asleep rn but instead. This
When you do a compilation of clips like this, you should link the original videos in the description so we can watch!!! 😄
I love your videos interesting
Do you keep all the extracted bits in a black museum?
1:20 so that's ware my 10mm socket went.
Thank you
Great job, but why don't you wash the hooves before starting the treatment?..😢
Seeing these clips again makes me think you should carry hemostats and forceps around with you. You're almost performing surgery to get the objects out.

Do you keep things you pull out of their feet?
As a child I stepped on a nail and it went all the way through my foot. Thank goodness it bypassed every bone and everything.
For everyone making comments about not leaving metal near animals - most of these things are picked up in pasture. Speaking from experience working on a horse farm. It's easy enough to miss a screw or a nail in the grass and mud if one falls when repairing/removing old wooden fences.

The only question I have with regards to these. Why not have a couple of pairs of pliers handy? a pair of needle nose would make a few of those much easier to extract.
so satisfaying😊
If you kept all your finds in a container with a lid, you would have quite a collection by now.
another eargasam!!! thank you sir may I have another???
The 2nd extraction that you were not sure what it was, looks very much like a lead bullet that has deformed after being shot into something. Maybe someone was target shooting or hunting in the field and the cow stepped on it afterward.
PARABÉNS PELO ÓTIMO TRABALHO
Do the cows receive a mild anesthesia before such a treatment or nothing at all?
