  • -Easy Birria tacos, slow cooker no peppers needed. I make these all the time. I just throw a chuck roast in my slow cooker with a lot of seasoning and then fry up the tacos for my kids. They love them! I serve them with a little sour cream and top the sauce with cilantro or parsley if you don’t have any, like I did in the video. #birriatacos #slowcooker #recipe

      You can still use your slow cooker, like chuck roast and beef shank.shamk is tastier and adds more flavor cause of the bone in it. Your sauce is guajillo peppers and one or two nachos, of course dried chilies, take all the seeds and veins out, I don't like boiling them, I put them in boiled water as soon as the water boils,get it out the stove and put the chilies for 15 minutes, blend them with garlic, salt, sier your chuck slightly to luck the flavor inside, put your meat, chuck and shank in the slow cooker with sauce and onion,bay leaves 3 or 4,salt and pepper, add beef stock and some water.
      Medium heat for 3 or 4 hours.
      Check your meat for tenderness.
