Pickles are on my list! My cucumber plants are still only a couple inches tall so I"m not sure I'll get fruit from them. I've got another melon waiting for me at home lol

I honestly don’t know how long. I put them in there overnight and I just check them in the morning to see if done or need longer. They should be kind of stiff but bendy, not soft.

Awesome. Thank you. It’s pretty easy. I made some and pulled it out earlier than this batch so it’s not quite as hard and it’s nicer to chew lol.

I've seen some where they make chutneys from the rind.
That is on my list to try 😀 I made curry with some and it was excellent.
