You don't need Caedrel. You need him to learn what champions do. For that he needs to play and review things that were confusing. These two highlighted deaths are things he can learn by himself about what Illaoi does. Once he learns what these champs do and has a match where he knows what everyone does, then he might need a coach to help him learn quicker what to do better. He is not at ground zero yet. He is underground in the lift. New players need to learn what the champions they play and face do. It's the easiest hurdle to overcome but it takes quite a bit of time because there are so many. Many champs he will never see in his rank so he doesn't need to preemptively learn what some like Nilah or Kled do. They are too rare to matter.

The game here that was shown was fantastic for learning. Now he knows Illaoi heals and that getting out of the spirit circle spawns tentacles that automatically attack you. That's a very valuable match he just played. No amount of "good" macro will help him play that particular game better. You learn what champions do. You learn what items do. At a very surface level! Then you can start learning matchups a little, macro a little, practice looking at the map, panning your camera, pressing tab, pinging, etc, etc. Having Caedrel coach him is a waste of everybody's time. It's not worth it. He can learn the basics on his own or with the help of his chat. Get Caedrel when he is out of Bronze first. And he should decide on a champion he wants to play. Caedrel gave him tips on Amumu and now it's wasted if he doesn't continue playing it. I don't know the context of switching to Top and this Fiddlesticks support from Jungle, but it hurts him. If the goal is to get better at the game, then switching roles and champs hinders the speed by a lot.
As a support role, it’s highly suggested to give your damage carries the kills so they scale harder with gold that comes from kills, so assists to deaths is measured with support more so than kills to deaths. With that being said, 8 deaths is crazy lmao. Bro needs to get off of fiddle.

Lol the other day he walked out of illaoi curse after him and a teammate did a pretty good job like trading aggro and killing her. He has tentacles summon near him now and will kill him. He starts backing and looks at top lane instead of his character which is fair but the tentacle spawned and slapped him then he doesn't realize his back stopped and gets slapped again and dies lol. Someone else said Ludwig needs to read what champions do and I'm like little bit ya like even before the match just read the 10 champs in the game. Or like call qt or some league friend or even ask Connor for some run downs lol

The mobas are so deep with their mechanics that it is actually difficult to say which has a higher skill ceiling tho. Is just that learning league for example is easier than learning Dota2. You can do it by spamming games, but it will take 3x the amount of games to get the same amount of champion knowledge. For example, almost no one plays Anivia. You might go 100 games without seeing one, so how would you learn what she does? It takes a couple of games playing against her to fully understand her kit. Instead of playing 500 games to see 5 Anivia, you can just play her 2 times and you'll have a better understanding than playing against her 5 times.
