    Hi Jack, thanks for this elaborate tutorial. I will appreciate your advise here: I feel like there's a lot of double effort going into making the piece of content itself, then duplicating the information into the recipe schema. Some of it really doesn't make sense for very complicated recipes... I really am just wondering at this point whether just getting the featured image on google search results (which is actually my main goal), is only possible if I complete all of this information? I plan to have dozens of pages created and want to try to plan ahead in capturing all the information I need. Thanks so much again!

      @RankMath  8 месяцев назад

      Hello, thank you for your comment.
      We're glad you found the tutorial helpful! Achieving a featured image on Google search results is indeed possible without completing all the information in the Recipe Schema. While providing detailed information can enhance the chances of appearing in rich results, it's not mandatory for getting a featured image.
      To increase the likelihood of getting a featured image, ensure that your content is well-optimized for search engines and that you have high-quality images with descriptive alt text. Additionally, focus on creating engaging and informative content that aligns with the primary intent of the content and uses appropriate Schema Markup.

    Hey , i used recipe schema in blog post but not show on google searches

    • @RankMath
      @RankMath  11 месяцев назад

      Hello, and thanks for your comment.
      If your Recipe Schema is not showing up on Google searches, there could be a few reasons for this. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
      Make sure the Rank Math Schema Module is enabled: Before adding the recipe schema, ensure that the Rank Math Schema Module is enabled on your website. You can check this by navigating to Rank Math → Dashboard in your WordPress admin area. If it's not enabled, you can enable it by clicking on the "Enable Schema (Structured Data) module" button.
      Verify the schema markup: After enabling the Schema Module, go to the edit page of your blog post and open Rank Math in the Gutenberg sidebar. Navigate to the Schema tab and click on Schema Generator. Make sure that the recipe Schema is properly added to your post. Double-check the fields such as ratings, cooking time, preparation time, and nutrition information to ensure they are filled out correctly.
      Test your Schema Markup: Once you have added the recipe schema, it's a good idea to test it using Google's Rich ResultTesting Tool. This tool will help you identify any errors or issues with your Schema Markup. Simply enter the URL of your blog post and click on "Run Test" to see if there are any errors.
      Give it some time: It may take some time for Google to crawl and index your updated content with the recipe schema markup. Google's indexing process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. So, be patient and give it some time before expecting to see the changes reflected in search results.
      If you encounter any issues with Rank Math, you can always raise your question here rankmath.com/support/ and our support team would be happy to assist you.

    If you're using the WP Recipe Maker Pro plug-in, do you still use RankMath's recipe schema?

    • @RankMath
      @RankMath  3 месяца назад +1

      Hello, thank you for your comment.
      WP Recipe Maker Pro likely includes its own Schema markup for recipes. This Schema markup helps search engines understand the recipe information on your website.
      You generally don't need to use Rank Math's Schema markup in addition to WP Recipe Maker Pro's Schema. Using both could create duplicate markup, which might confuse search engines.
      Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Jack, can you do a news magazine template in a free generatepress theme? In your other channel I saw there is Blocksy but it is a bit confusing and Generatepress is the fastest one, so if you can do that, it would be awesome.

      @RankMath  Год назад

      Hello, Thank you for your comment.
      If you are using Rank Math PRO, Yes, it is possible to have multiple recipe schemas on the same post. The use of multiple recipe schemas can be beneficial if you are sharing multiple distinct recipes within a single post or if you are including variations of the same recipe.
      Hope that helps.
