Nice to see a review from a bloke who actually knows how to ride a bike. Ive got one of these - you get used to the awesome brakes better than any Bmbos Ive previously had on Ducatis - around town the vibrations are very annoying - biggest negative on the bike IMO - that and teh crappy sound from all teh stoopid emissions crapola. Cheers.
I'm more interested in the Panigale V2 but the rumour about the heat is pushing me away. would you say that the heat on this bike is similar to the v2?
Hello Sir ! I just received my s1k 2023 few days ago. I experience some strange grinding, chain sound once in gear at low speed plus I feel it jerky on second gear even first it’s not so smooth and strange to keep a steady throttle,? It’s just me ? Or it’s normal? Thanks!
@@thefika o tend to release the throttle quick then engine brake comes in and there is a clank sound. Not experienced this to my cb1000rr naked honda . Also the rear sprocket have a a decent movement, also not observed to my Honda and other naked bikes. Thanks
Looks wise, which one wins between this and the Streetfighter v4? Also, do you think you can ride this for as long as you could ride the Streetfighter?
I would say the BMW looks better than the StreetFighter to me but then the Panigale would look better s 1000 RR. What looks better to you? StreetFighter is the best looking Naked though. I was very surprised with the comfort of the BMW. I think the suspension is good. I'm old andf this BMW has got me thinking I could ride a sports bike
I guess at warp speed tucked in on the BMW it will be good. However wind is not an issue at normal legal road speeds where your sitting up. The Screen does not help much for long riding. It only helps for tucked for me. I'm 6'4" though
Great urban review, hopefully those vibes settle down following break in, the operating Temp should a little. Test riding the Race here in Perth next week, hopefully that indicator switch is accomodating 💪😎
Nice looking bike indeed, this or Panigale V4S and I put a deposit on the Ducati instead. Love the looks of the Ducati better. Can't wait to get it. Thanks for the review
@@thefika yes it is but the Ducati fit and finish is above of BMW, The BMW lines imo doesn't flow as the Panigale. There is something riding a Ducati makes you feel special. I rode my friends 2020 S1000RR and it was easy to ride but clinical.
Bmw s1000rr 2023 after Bren tune will destroy most of the modern super sport bikes ducati including. Cuz if u look at specs ones this bike is flash on 93 octane 211 at rear 98 torch. It a homicidal bike. The only one my be close to it is m 1000rr or ducati panigale v 4 r. 😅
Does the new s1000rr vibrate the handlebars a lot like the old 19-2022? or is it all the same?
Well it is running in should get better. But you can see it in the mirrors. Its a bit better than the S 1000 R (old One)

Heat wont be any worse on the Panigale than this bike. If your traffic. I think all these bikes are hot. Once you move its fine though
@@thefika nice, that I might just get the V2 instead, gonna give them a test ride before I do though
@@rexile1986 So your thinking Panigale v2 or the S 1000 RR? I have some things to say about that
@@thefika I’m thinking of Panigale V2 due to my skill level, been riding MT07 for about 2-3 years now and thinking of upgrading
Lol I’m in the same exact situation. Want both can only afford 1 and can’t decide which one is gonna be the better buy.

That does not sound right. I would have to see your riding technique but it was steady for me and no weird noises

as someone who has risen both i can definitely say for myself the wind will get annoying on the naked when you get up in speed

@@thefika i defs agree with all of this, i wanted the panigale but went with the 2023 rr m sport for reliability reasons

Woof. You're gonna love it. I think the brakes (too much bite new), temps and buzz will be a lot better after the first service

You're gonna love that! Desmosedici Stradale WOOF! I must say though. The S 1000 RR is a lot of bike for it price

v4 all day
I definitely agree with the flow bit. Even a StreetFighter v4 turned sharper and the s 1000 RR had Carbon Wheels.
@@oo7Grexx so many people say it's so easy to ride, it's a joke.

You sound like Mark Jacko Jackson ✌🏽😁
Oiiiii. Have a good one mate

Or just get a Panagale V4R
What would u buy bmw s1000 rr Yamaha r1 m 👍🇮🇪🇮🇪
Ciao. I would go the BMW S 1000 RR. It has all the latest electronics and better screen and looks more modern. I guess it should as its a newer bike
