Which pack does the Number 1 O-Ring come in ? The one that is supplied with the new cartridge and control handle is a 50mm diameter ring and the one that has come out of the back of the housing is 40mm ? Thanks

Thanks for the video, really helped me when replacing. Shower now working fine but I do have a trickle / stream of water running out from behind the shroud when the shower in on and for a short while when turned off. Was wondering if I'd not done something correctly or missed something?

any tips on removing the first cap on the temperature tap head? Mine is stuck fast and I'm worried that my mole-grips are damaging the finish trying to unscrew?

after removing the temperature tap head with an extractor/puller tool, I replaced valve cartridge and wax thermostat per this video only to find at the last step that the tap spline was slightly different size to the visibly identical one on the new unit from shower doctor so I was frustrated that I couldn't refit the tap!
