You can do a pinch harmonic at the 6th fret on the G string. Then the same combo of bending and releasing as in the tab. It will sound similar, although not exactly the same as using the bar.

It will vary based on the amp and the guitar pickups. For most modern high gain amps, you can get a similar lead sound with a starting point of Bass at 5-6, Mids 7, Treble 7-8, gain around 7 and add a bit of delay. Adjust as necessary based on your ear.
