This was one of my favorite books of 2023
Mine too! I really wasn't expecting this story to be what it is. Loved it.
I can’t believe this channel only has 500 subscribers, but it’ll be cool to see it grow as one of the early subscribers. Love these videos because they’re such a great way to consume a story that i’m interested in but don’t want to read the full book, and the pixel art is so cool! keep up the amazing work :)
Thank you so much! I'm glad you like the pixel art. I'm still learning, but I feel that I'm getting better at it with each video.
I am so glad I found your channel! I love the whole vibe of your videos, and how you explain the books! Keep it up! My first book from Grady, was The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires, and I really enjoyed it!
Thank you. That is on my To Read shelf. I liked this story enough that I'm looking forward to working my way through the rest of Hendrix's work. Hopefully they're all as strange as How to Sell a Haunted House was.
I dont know why I wasn't a fan of this book. I love blood and gore but it just wasnt enough. Thank you for the recap!
Your videos are great. Can we get "summer of night" review?
Thank you. Actually, I would love to take a look at "Summer of Night." I haven't read it yet, but weirdly enough, I have read the sequel "A Winter Haunting." I really liked that one, so it's on my list for sure. Thank you for the suggestion.
Can you do Only Good Indians by Stephen Graham Jones
I am actually in the process of reading it again. I really liked it when I read it before, so I think it would definitely be worth covering here. Thanks for the suggestion.
