I just wanna to tell you guys, bc we’re all friends here right? I have 1992 Silverado Blazer 4WD. I broke the g80 locker in my 10 bolt just leaving my driveway after install 35s. Then I had the homie weld up the broken g80 to the spider gears. Drove fine for 2 weeks. Then my welded diff, cracked the g80, cracked all the welds causing my c clips to unclip, axles to slide out & my wheels almost fell out😂 2 weeks later I found a 8 lug, 14 bolt for $100. Guy claims it came from a 4wd. I was so excited for such a deal I didn’t measure it bc the guy seemed legit too. Like he knew his stuff. Figured I’ll just run an adapter 8-6 lug for now. Went to install it & NOPE. It was too narrow & therefore the leaf spring pads did not line up. Yesterday I ground off the stock pads. Today I had the homie weld on the new ones. I’m hoping to install it today too. Wish me luck😅

He's a classic case of what we saw all the time with these guys. Shaving their arms and legs..all of it. His work is impeccable..no question..but he's certainly a poser.
